I had a relapse with my disability (don't want to say on here for fear of being bullied) at the weekend and whilst it only lasted a few days it meant by the time I was coming out of it I was well and truly craving 1/2oz that I had. I know - a whoopsie. :( and whoopsie's like 1/2 oz are rare for me. In fact I didn't even finish the 1/2 oz cos like I ran out of papers cos I roll them that thin (think matchstick or thinner)

But now happy back on my inhaler and like at the same strength as before the whoopsie so quite chuffed. though I'd have to up the nic strength on the inhaler after the whoopsie but quite surprised myself in that I haven't had to. :)

Though I wonder if I'm actually using it more on a lower strength than I was at a higher strength. Hard to tell as like I'm changing cartridges a lot due to wicking probs (not cos they've run out) etc. etc.

Has anyone had big, red raised patches on their skin after using nicotine patches? Mine are appalling. They are gradually fading over weeks.

Yes, I was getting a bit of skin irritation from 25mg patches. It disappeared with the 18mg ones. I varied the sites I stuck them on, as much as possible.
