  • Hi
Just new to this, but looking for some advice. Just received an offer from Halifax of PPI on TMPP, delighted as I had no idea that I had PPI in the first place. Anyway, phoned Halifax for a breakdown on how they got to their refund figure - couldn't tell me but gave me another number to phone. Next phone call tells me policy was from May 02- Apr 05; which is strange as I took out mortgage & tmpp in '99. Should I refuse offer? Bit worried I end up with nothing but I'm wondering if I'm only getting half of what I'm due??
