And toes! The waiting game is getting harder by the hour
Be gutted if after 8 weeks the claims get rejected especially as so many people have won with crap cases lol :)

Listen here default Dave why don't you take your bullsh*t and stick it up your defaulted ar*e and then stick your defaulted credit report and stick it in your defaulted gob.

Wife just called to say there was a letter from Halifax had arrived. It states that none of the accounts I "complained" about had PPI therefore my "complaint" is closed. Despite the fact all my letter requested was "can you confirm if any of these accounts had PPI". I didn't actually complain yet as such lol Nice of them to take 8 weeks to tell me that though.

At least you know now. I thought that you were waiting to see if your claim had been upheld ;) Can't believe its taken 8 weeks for them to tell you that. What a disgrace!

Well they seem to have treated it as if it was a complaint. They initial reply only mentioned 2 account numbers out of 4 I enquired about so I assumed 2 had PPI and 2 hadn't. I think it answers your question about them dragging your feet if it took them 8 weeks to figure this out. Seems to me they are just waiting til the end of the 8 weeks as standard now :s
