I'm hoping we here something within the next few weeks. I can't stand waiting. Still convinced that it will be a rejection though :(

For me i Made one phone call March 12th regarding a loan in 2004
Received a letter within 7days confirming they were investigating the Misselling of PPI and that i would hear the outcome within 8 weeks.

23rd April i had the letter to say they were upholding my complaint.
and would receive a cheque within 28 days

  • :cry:Still no bloody news....my head is done in. Looks like Halifax have started to reject many claims now so not feeling confident anymore but I suppose that's the story of my life. Oh well........
Anyone had any recent success for Halifax mortgage insurance claims??

So they sent your letter out on the 8 week anniversary exactly? When did you count 8 weeks from? When you sent the initial letter or the date on their first response?
    Defaultless as of 12th Sept 2012 :)
Listen here default Dave why don't you take your bullsh*t and stick it up your defaulted ar*e and then stick your defaulted credit report and stick it in your defaulted gob.
