Halifax - Feet Draggers?

Fingers crossed I'll hear something soon. My 8 weeks is only up on the 28th. I just hate not knowing the outcome. Mine is just for repayment insurance that is inlcuded in my mortgage payment each month. Its not the TMPP which is probably why I'm not confident. If you ring they just say that its being investigated as its within the 8 weeks still. You can't get a straight answer from them in Manila! All I get told is that there is a PPI match on the account...whatever that means. Guess I'll just have to wait for my rejection letter to plop through the door ha ha :cool:Keep at them my 8 weeks was up Wednesday rang them today and a letter has been sent out on the 16th i asked them to read it, my TMPP has been upheld but only the PPI element for now, i asked about Critical illness and life insurance element as that was part of the complaint to and they said they will look into it and get back to me. £5800 ppi refunded :j
Congrats on your win...hope you get your cheque soon :T
