Sorry to hear of your woes at Tesco - sometimes there is no helping people!
If it makes you feel better I bought my selection boxes a few weeks ago and don't need anymore so I don't get to take advantage of the deal!
Also, I have been a complete NUMPTY - I save up all year for Christmas and I have been buying quite a few Christmas presents this month, however I didn't get around to moving the money out of my savings account into my current account in time and i've gone overdrawn and will now be charged! I know, I know it's completely my own fault and I should have transferred the money beforehand and I accept that it's my fault, it's just that i've sought out quite a few bargains and it takes the shine out of them a little bit!
oh no!!!:( I know exactly what you mean, it sort of takes the shine off doesnt it? is it worth perhaps having a word with your bank, explain whats happened and appeal to them to help you on the charges? it does sometimes work especially if you are with a good bank who can see it isnt something you usually do or whatever? might be worth a try, god luck!
o
and thank you, I know - I always worry Ive phrased something wrong and it might look different to how I meant it! as you say, what are we like!! :rotfl::T xx0 -

Don't you dare disappear.
I have a cheese selection left to buy for Christmas. Think I had better go now.:p
It is called A CHATTER THREAD.
Just because you are not buying, doesn't mean that you can't help other people on here.( What films are on etc )
If you do not post every day I will bombard you with pms.:rotfl:
Well that's you told Chirpy! I read it as PMS too at first

:rotfl: I am going to become a pop star. I am going to be known as LINKY SLIDER :rotfl:
Have you tried Wilkos? The name Linky Slider sounds more like an adult star than a pop star :rotfl:Welcome mumofthreeplusohcome on in the more the merrier. Warning christmas nuts about! And very addictive:)
Who are you calling nuts? Speak for yourself!0 -
I have made nothing today but I finally have TV in the kitchen. I didn't say finally have a TV as it has been there nearly 6 weeks.
I have asked everyone I know with a partner if they could pop round and sort an aerial out for me. They all said they would ask them and I have heard NOTHING. So today I got the ladder, drill and hammer out and did it myself.:j
I am now going to have a shower and get on with my day .
Must admit I am very proud of myself.:D0 -

I was seeing myself as a female Titchy Strider .:D0 -
Thanks snugglebunny, I may try and reason with my bank but I don't think they will have it. Lesson learned for me!!
Own My Own sometimes we're forced to do these things but when we do it's a great sense of achievement! Well done - you can now put aeriel's up!I didn't get chance to log on at home last night to look at the pictures of all of your wonderful gifts but I will tonight! It's funny because I always loved the chocolate slabs in Hotel Chocolat but they're quite expensive, I never thought of making my own! Fab idea.
chirpychick you can't go now, baby Levan will be making an appearance soon and we all want to hear about him! :T0 -
