They are for my Seed Slider. I have become a bit obsessed with them. I have
reindeer food sliders
tea bag sliders
coffee bag sliders (yes you can buy Lyons fresh coffee bags)
and seed sliders.
Only all the seeds I have found have been too expensive. Homebase had some for £2.89
The last time I bought seeds they were about 50p:rotfl:
:rotfl: I am going to become a pop star. I am going to be known as LINKY SLIDER :rotfl:
Our pound stretcher was cheapest place I've found (and they grew!) it's not a Poundland but similar to b&m etc

Finally given in and just ordered some gorgeous bits from Dotcomgiftshop that I've had my eye on for aaaaaages, including this lovely vintage style Christmas bunting:

Well it says it's "Christmas" style but I'll try and keep it up longer by saying it's actually just general "Winter" bunting! (Not sure I'll get away with it but will try!)
Also ordered the popcorn holder to make up a little 'movie night in' hamper with some popcorn and a DVD:

OMO what are "sliders"?! I've bought lots of seeds from cheap shops (Lidl, B&M etc from about 30p +) and they've always grown well but I haven't noticed any recently.....mind you I haven't been on the lookout as I don't bother starting any until Spring.0 -
Linky Slider I love it
Aliaslotte very best of luck in the morning:) Will be thinking of you, hoping cos it's an observation you'll be far more comfortable doing what you do best rather than talking about it:) xxxThe secret of Christmas

Only works with square or rectangularish pressies though! Youngest dd has got plain red matallic paper, with a thick black strip around middle, and gold buckle shape - santa !!! They look much better than I have probably described them & were really easy & fairly cost effective. Got the idea of youtube months ago, but cant find the link now :rudolf:chirpychick wrote: »is it ok to still stay a part of this thread even though im skint now and cant buy any more presents or anything special for Christmas? My input will be less than the past but i find all of your ideas brilliant especially OMO and i am gaining so many ideas for homemade presents next year and "pinning" them so i can start early again.'They only had one cow!'0
