Not sure if anyone lives near Wrexham but I've just been to M&S for some of the tree tins and they were restocking the shelves. They still have loads there to sell. I've bought 3, 2 for pressies and 1 for myself, couldn't resist. They were a lot bigger than I imagined too. :)

    Hello all!

Well the Body shop goody bag I ordered on DH's behalf for me has arrived as has the LED torch keyring thingy someone recommended on here. Got my free Aqua fresh toothbrush yest too to put in DH's stocking (even though he's seen it now!)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the spare room with pressies starting to pile up. Unfortunately it looks dark and wet outside.

OMO you should definitely put some of your ideas forward on the £5 festive fillers thread - I'm stealing your "Hotel Chocolat" slab idea :)

Just been stung with a massive £550+ bill for my car, so I'm scouring the forums for bargain ideas for Christmas - not that it's left me feeling very Christmassy :(. Thanks to all for the ideas and tips, I've bookmarked this forum so will keep looking in and if I can add anything that I think will might be of interest I will, of course. Even though it all seems to be well covered! :)

Primani and Studio24 both do reasonable covers. Both are pictured earlier in this thread, links below

I've been hovering on this thread for a few days and really enjoyed reading about peoples' gift ideas, bargains etc :)

Thanks to you guys I got one of those half price musical shortbread tins in M&S which is a bargain! I also tried to sign up for a BBC Good Food subscription, as I love it, but the first one you get is the January edition so gonna have to find a shop with the Christmas one in.

Still got most of my shopping to do, all for grown ups, so will keep lurking and see what other posters are up to.
