  • How excited did I get last night! Was tidying up before I went to bed and realised that I had bought a box of biscuit cutters in Lidl's at the weekend which I hadn't opened and washed.

Imagine my delight when I discovered one of them is a Christmas tree!!!! Great value if anyone can get one, think there is 25/26 cutters and cost £3 something.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

  • This morning while washing out another jar to add to my growing jar collection I realised that I am currently more excited about next Christmas and the birthdays coming up next year so that I can try out all the ideas on this thread. I already had a list of things I wanted to try from earlier in the thread and now there is even more due to the ideas that keep coming from here :A :T

Morning. Ive finally caught up after being away. I enjoy reading all your posts,so didn't want to miss any.

I'm finding life quite stressful just now and not coping very well. I'm going to start by cleaning the house as it is under a mountain of clothes. Hopefully that will help and be one less stress.
Thinking forward and planning Christmas is the only thing cheering me up. Then I get stressed because there so many things I want to try and make, and I've no time. I'm my own worst enemy lol.

Today I'm going to try and find a cheap ish Pink lining or similar changing bag for my sister. My other sister is halfing in with me. My sis is due in Feb. and she loves her handbags. So I thought a nice bag that looks like a funky handbag, but is also a proper changing bag would be a nice pressie.

The Works used to have kids themed boxes for £10 for 2 boxes. They're quite sturdy & used I have quite a few themes although not sure what their themes are like now.

They still have boxes like this but like I said, not sure if they have themes still but worth a look in a shop!

HI, thanks I did try there yesterday with no luck but for the sake of an exta 99p it might be easier and more time effective just to get it delivered so thank you :D
Life is what you make it.
