Last poundland I was in didn't have much christmas stuff, tons of halloween stuff though

What about 13 going on 30 ? It's very girly about a 13 year old that can't wait to be older and makes a wish to be 30 . Very funny and covers a lot of the teen type issues etc

Must admit I can't wait till Halloween is over so shops can dedicate themselves to Christmas!!

Today my fake mistletoe ball arrived. Love it! Cannot wait to hang it and smooch under it! My fake plain garlands have come too is it bad that I made one up (it came flattened so I had to poke all the branches up) drape it over the banister and hang some baubles on it? Lol I needed to check it out right? Lol. MrD just rolled his eyes when I dragged him to come look.

As much as I want the shops to get in full Christmas swing, I'm starting to feel all flustered that the masses are going to start catching up with their Christmas shopping!

I've lots of ideas, but out of 26 people, only 4 are finished! :eek:

I think it had to be done MrsD.. OH doesn't know it yet, but my plan for tomorrow is to get all the Christmas decorations down and see what we need before our trip to Bents. We went a little "light crazy" last year, so I think this year its time to spruce up the tree decorations.

Just got a lovely email from my mum saying she can't wait til I am home for Christmas and attached a list of all the things shed like me to bake to bring back with me! The cheek there's about 10 things haha! She did say she would buy my ingredients though!

I know its for the kindle but it is free and while its part of a series it seems to be a fun read. We are off seeing relatives next week so I am filling my kindle with festive reads for the drive down and back
