How about chocolate raisins? Think that's what a lot of people on here mostly use.13 projects in 2013 0/130 -

OMG! cant believe you guys have managed to give me 8 pages to catch up on since last night!
Firstly, thankyou all for your help & suggestions for my small xmas dinner table decs, some lovly ideas and i am now spoilt for choice, especially liking the candles & fairy lights, and the cute little reindeer name tags.
Secondly, I vote Polar Express too, my all time fav xmas movie, its our xmas eve family film every year, and this years xmas eve hamper contains a magic bell for little dd, and a polar express story book for eldest dd.
Thirdly, to whoever asked about snowman soup, I do the double bag method, a bag of hot choc (enough for 2-3 servings) inside another cone bag, i then do a layer of crushed candy canes, a layer of marshmallows, a layer of choc chips, and a few more marshmallows, with a whole candy cane tied to ribbon on outside of cone bag. They always look colourful, cheerful and are very well received!
And finally, my dh cleared out the garage today and found some florist foam, he was just about to throw it when i screamed at him that i needed it, when he asked what for i admitted i wasnt quite sure...yet! Anyway, i have since talked myself out of pots of gold, and instead im going to do candy boquets! I hate to see anything go to waste, and i have decided the money i will save on lottery tickets far outweighs the need to buy a few extra choccies and some sticks! It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0 -
