  • you are most welcome Rebel Hedgehog! sort of know my way a bit round their Christmas stuff now - been finely tuning for a few years!! so if you want to know what any of their stuff is like Im happy to help if Ive tried it! :)

Turkey joints often at 20% off when they first come in end of November and they usually have 3 for 2 or 25% off the stuffing, sausages with bacon etc, so I often get those end of November too and freeze them - the party food is generally on 3 for 2 in December and most freezes 1 to 3 months.

sometimes we have their £10 dine in deal if it's one that has a lot of things we like, through the year - and I stash the bottle of wine away for Christmas, we had about 6 bottles last year through saving them through the year, saved money in December! their wine is usually about 6.99 so great to get it on the meal deal as it works out that the wine free mostly :)

great idea to buy gift card and add to it, I hadnt thought of that, may do the same myself! thanks for the tip x

Thank you for the heads up on Stuffing and Sausages etc. I have read on the Internet that the christmas food brochure comes out around 10th October (whoo hooo - only 3 and 1/2 months :) )

Do you normally order and collect close to Christmas? Also have you tried the Legs of Ham? Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a big leg of ham to go alongside the turkey and nibble through post Xmas day!!

You have me looking at all my Christmas pics from last year Lunar - cant wait for this year to come now!! Cant find any pics just of the tree though :( Have a few where its poking into the pic in the corner but none of the tree itself. Its making want to take it all out and decorate the house lol. Will hopefully take some this year.

I keep peeping under my bed at all the decorations since I posted my pics, I really want to get out all the new bits I bought in the sales as i never even unwrapped them. the shop packed them so well for me that I didn't touch them.

Is everyone going to be watching christmas in july on QVC?

I had a mince pie today
