I was just thinking the opposite. It gave me time to look for gifts for my niece and nephew, without worrying about how many pages I was going to have to catch up on.:rotfl:
I had just pressed last page after reading 4 pages when it went down.
I also had a nap as I am still not feeling all that great.
Anyway back to their gifts.
I usually give them all £10, but as you all know I got the older 2 girls Paul Frank bags and Lip Smackers.
So I can't really give the 2 little ones money.
I have found these at Argos
Could you please have a look and give your opinion. My 2 are 15 and 19, and I really have no idea what I am doing:rotfl:

Hee hee I shouted out ' oh no whats happened !!!' and frightened the cat and OH who was snoring the sofa ( except he wasn't asleep as he says ! ) :rotfl: had five mins of panic wondering how long the site would be down0 -

I would be very interested if it is possible, I called Studio yesterday with exactly that question and was told I cannot buy unless it was on a credit account. Useless for me.
This is easy to get around once the order has been delivered you can phone up and pay for it. you don't have to pay in dribs and drabs. We have a studio account and we always pay this way. They do send you out an invoice if you have ordered similar to a credit card statement. We don't normally wait for them.
Or if you are worried about spending the money you could put the money in a jar and pay the statement as soon as it arrives0 -
I was so excited about the boots catalogue coming out today I had to take an early lunch to make sure they hadn't run out by the time I got there! :rotfl: Of course I forget that most people haven't remembered it's nearly Christmas and there was half a stand left!
The past few years my OH has worked there so I've always taken advantage of the staff discount - everything seems so expensive this year without! :rotfl:Hobnobs are like marines0 -
ive just been having a look on the studio website, some of theyre 8m rolls of xmas wrap look lovely and are sooo cheap, can anyone tell me if they are decent quality? nothing worse than see-through wrapping paper!
:rudolf:It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0 -

Both are lovely presents - I particularly love the first one because my DD is almost 3 years old and this will be absolutely PERFECT for her! So my DS can give this to her for her birthday. Great find thank you so much!!:T:xmassmile:rudolf:0 -
I've just caught up on this thread (it's taken a while) and I just wanted to pass on my sincere condolences to those who have suffered tragic losses. I do think this is a lovely thread filled with kind and caring people and I really hope that the festive talk and Christmas spirit helps in some small way.:xmassmile:rudolf:0
