I LOVE baking, and have actually brought one of these for my DD (6), personally it would be a cool gadget, but i would probably only use it a few times and then it linger in the back of a cupboard, they have some fabulous baking books on amazon, unlike most normal women i dont collect handbags.i collect cook books, i could recommend a few if you like?

I'd love some recommendations please. I love baking too.
I was just trying to thnk of something different for her. She already has plenty baking stuff, but has always had her eye on my big ceramic mixing bowl.
I'm going to give her one of the tea cup candles I made too and I forgot I got her a wee tin of buttons from dotcomgiftshop sale ages ago. So she's well and truly sorted now x

Nic that sounds such a lovely gift. I would love to receive it too :) I'm into baking too and had read some not good reviews on the cake pop maker. Think it probably is a bit gimmicky and then finds a dark corner and gets dusty!
On a non Christmasy note argh families :( As I said a few weeks ago I like Snugglebunny have total severed ties with my mum n dad and felt such great relief n never looked back. I have very close ties to half of DH family which is fab. The other half OMG nightmare. It seems like s**t hitting the fan has exploded massive fallout and this whilst DSiL is still in ICU they are unbelievable! Thank you rant over. Head exploding :(
Feisty when is the fair? Wishing you lots of luck xxx

  • OMO thank you for posting about the CPW tablet - I bought one from their Romford store (inside Liberty as they had the most stock according to the Hornchurch branch, which has sold out) at 4.30pm today as a pressie for my niece. :T

Podperson congrats on the publication of your book - how very exciting for you

It became available last week. Still runs from Boxing day. Never had a early gift before. Might mean the gifts will be good this year.:D
