Im still waiting for Decmber 1st when can list for free again. Well done on your sales.
Ive decided to sell everything at same time (as fast as can relist and list) so Im not faffing about all month back and forward to post office as was becoming a real pain. Plus then Its all done and thats it! Tempted to stick everything on at 99p as still have more ideas of things but my utility room looks awful! at least then I can hopefully start again..Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... I too am annoyed by the new selling limits that seem to be in play. I will just sell the rest on my Mum's account but it means re-uploading from scratch all the stuff I need to relist - plus I have a 15 item limit on her account because one of her stars is below the average needed to be good so they put more limits on - really annoys me when they send emails to encourage you to list and then they impose bans! Wish they'd ban non payers!!!! grr!
I might just do a few 3/5 day sales to get shut of the stuff. I too am getting fed up of the post office trips and basically want the last of the stuff posted by the first week in December.
Good luck with your sales HDK0 -
I know, its a right pain. I thinking of doing a few bundles too to get things moving too. Plus ive bought new scales so will recheck weights so can reduce postage safely!Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

HDK - Just letting you know about postage, a lot of it depends on the size of the parcel too and whether it will go through the slot or not - they should have some paper size guides for you to take home from the post office too. Make things as flat as possible for them to go through the slot!

OK - based on my reckonings we are not going to meet our multiple-times-revised savings target in 2012, we are a few hundred quid short.
However the positives are:
- We have saved three and a half times what we had hoped to this year.
- We have spent a significant amount on the house without dipping into savings. None of this work was planned when I started out in April.
- The mortgage overpay planned for April 2013 is still looking extremely likely. This will knock a year off our mortgage
- By my reckonings of what our house is worth (I've been conservative with the estimate), we have just dipped below 50% LTV, so we now technically own more of the house than the bank does
- We have 10.04% of the mortgage saved up in savings.
Thanks to you all for supporting my MFW and Savings crusade this year, thanks for listening to my bleatings and reading my diary, it makes such a difference to have the support and "someone" to praise our efforts. You are all wonderful,

HDK - Shame about the measuring thingy (technical term!) - just about finished with eBay really bar a few bits which I don't expect will earn me too much but it all helps!
As for me, I have been shuffling money since payday (I think we all need a dance to go with our 'money shuffle' !). Just waiting on payday number 2 this week now. Reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly need to be good through December & January and really really stick to the budget especially for food and socialising. I have upped the social budget a bit for December as although it isn't ideal its better to try and be realistic.
All spare cash will of course be going towards the work on the house.
I had ~£230 stashed in the ISA for an upcoming insurance but I've been able to leave that there and 'move' it to the savings pot which is great as I wasn't technically going to be doing any savings for the next few months. My precious ISA is still untouched (sound like Gollum don't I!!).
Redeemed a £10 Amazon voucher from the credit card loyalty points and bought a few bits this week on Amazon for Xmas presents for OH with my vouchers. With this new voucher I have £43 so I'm happy with that!
Must do adpoints before the week runs out, think I've got about £12 in points on Nectar which is fab. They add up much faster doing adpoints than shopping via Nectar or in Sainsbo's.
Going to get back on the DY bandwagon as there are a few level 1 categories that I could write a lot about (makeup!) so want to try and make the most of that whilst it is in the highest paying level. On about £8.40 at the moment so I will try really hard to work up - probably go for the cash again which is a £50 payout so quite a way to go.
Still waiting for my £40 Onepoll payout too!
(Yes it does seem to be quite early - something tells me my body is training me for night feeds )0 -
Morning Ammonite
Goodness that was an early start.
Well done on accumulating your vouchers n points - they do all add up for sure. Is Onepoll any good?
Re: adpoints - I only got 38 this week.Hopefully I can do better next week

Opinions seem divided on onepoll. Well, everyone seems to hate it except me :rotfl:. I like the fact the surveys are quick and a bit random - recent one was where should David Beckham go, the next one could be about savings - plus you get screened out after a few questions unlike some others which keep you going for ages.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
