  • LOL expensive bras must be why we're in debt (hmmm is this is a good enough excuse I wonder :p )

I drink herbal teas from the tea section think the brand may be pukka and they do a detox one....which tasted so yummy that i drank 8 the first 2 days........they really were detox teas I 'lost' 4 lb in one week  and the mysterious cramps that i had been getting were because of the detox tea doing their work lol!!! I limit myself to 2 a day now and drink other flavours instead ;) perhaps try them next time you're both in s'bury or te$co etc :D

  • Kids are in bed. Well younger two. Eldest is out with DH at army cadets and kung fu. I've taken myself to bed too. Really is something up with me, had a 2 hour nap this afternoon and usually i'd be full of energy now but I can't keep my eyes open and have yet another headache. Lots of bugs going round here so hoping it is just something small and will pass soon!

I need to do the online banking, but my calculator thingymajig log on thing is downstairs so it will have to wait now! Bills due out tomorrow and need to transfer things across.

Dog is even more lazy than me. He's at the foot of my bed and fast asleep :rotfl: he napped with me earlier too :rotfl:

Next door are going to get a gob full from me in a minute if they carry on screaming and shouting. It's a flipping school night, shut the little f'ers up or else  :D

Nowt else to say as I'm lazy and slept most of the day :rotfl:

Oh 2 mse things to report :T

    1. I finally got into p1nec0ne research (they kept turning me down. They must like me now i'm older ??) so just waiting for surveys now :T

    2. sent off for some free garden seeds, sent some to me and some to my mum for her garden :T

I'm going to check v@lued 0pini0n in a mo but all day so far no available surveys! I only need 50p before it pays out!!!

Talking of my ds1 we had a bit of a barney this morning, I told him that he is to only have 1 hour a day on his ps3! Bejeezus you'd have thought I had cut his right hand off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big argument ensues, I am stupid, idiotic, pathetic and a rubbish mother (ahhh whatever) .....:rotfl: teenagers. Gotta love em eh :D So that will start from tonight and we will see how it goes! It all stems from yesterday when he was supposed to be revising for an exam today and lo and behold i walk into his room and he has his ps3 on, kindle on, and laptop !!!! So let's see how he does on his exam now....i'm guessing it won't be too well as it's all new topics! K I D S !!!! (and no wonder my electric bill has shot up!)

Your son would hate me - my DS (now 16) has been restricted to 8 hours per week on his Xbox for the last few years:eek:

Before we put the parental restriction on he would play it all day every day but now he knows to limit his time etc and save it for weekends when his friends are on.

Last year he asked for his birthday to have unrestricted hours :rotfl:.. He does get unrestricted in the school holidays so I am not that cruel.

I guess now he is doing his GCSE's I should remove the restriction but I worry about his college work and whether he will do his homework or not if he had access to his Xbox all the time.

To be honest he spends more time on Facebook and Twitter now he has a girl he is interested in :rotfl:

:eek:Christ where is this expensive honey?

I have a man in my village who keeps bees for a hobby so he only charges £3.50 per jar which last me a year. Can you find someone like that - maybe not in the town but in one of the little villages on the outskirts?

I am feeling really lethargic at the moment, with a sore throat and achy ears - these are the signs I get for hayfever.

I used to have Loratidine hayfever tablets but they did not work so I now have Centrizine (or something similar) which do work.
You have to read the packets carefully to see what the active ingredient is but luckily I can get 14 tablets for £1 which is good becasue DS also suffers.
  • The honey was in a local supermarket (I can't remember which or i'd name and shame) and had a big sticker next to it saying 'Local Honey' so i picked it up and THEN noticed the price and put it back pretty sharpish !!

Still feeling exhausted but having a lazy afternoon ;)
