No 'if' in there!
But there is an "unless" and two "may"s.
And, of course, they've left out the part about the car park owner having to take you to court and the judge having to find in their favour first. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

Righto chaps (and chapesses)...received 'Final Notice - Court Action' letter this morning ...husband threw a small hissy-fit and wandered away into the garden shed to lock up his favourite items before the bailiffs arrive :-)
So...NCP WILL proceed with court action, they say. Ho hum...they will have to prove who was driving first, I thought.. and I still have the valid ticket anyway....in my teapot!0 -

I shall ignore it anyway because what else is there to do?0 -
Yep of course ignore it.
