But there is an "unless" and two "may"s.

And, of course, they've left out the part about the car park owner having to take you to court and the judge having to find in their favour first.

Righto chaps (and chapesses)...received 'Final Notice - Court Action' letter this morning ...husband threw a small hissy-fit and wandered away into the garden shed to lock up his favourite items before the bailiffs arrive :-)

So...NCP WILL proceed with court action, they say. Ho hum...they will have to prove who was driving first, I thought.. and I still have the valid ticket anyway....in my teapot!

I just received one of those "proceedings will be initiated in the County Court" letters. Definitely no ifs, buts or maybes there at all.

I shall ignore it anyway because what else is there to do?

Yep of course ignore it.

When you found this thread you should have done the same as with any forum, go back a step (one click) to the main forum the thread sits on, and started a new thread. The point being you would have found your answer given dozens of times already on all the other threads.

how has this progressed, got a ticket today and dont think 50 quid is a reasonable charge?
