    Interesting!

Emailed DVLA and BPA about TNC gaining keeper details for a non AOS member.
Gets an email earlier stating TNC are NOT (their bold) BPA AOS members!

Can someone confirm that I is not losing my marbles?

Of course I have emailed them back with the links!

DVLA are very interested the OP who got the invoice has contacted them with details.

There's a 'TNC Collections' on the BPA list - with that TNC Group Services link. But no TNC Management Ltd.

...and as said earlier, they are not allowed to act as an agent to obtain DVLA data for a non-BPA AOS firm.

Norty norty...why on earth did the DVLA release the data in this instance. DPA breach?!

But they still CANNOT get DVLA data on behalf of a PPC which is not an AOS member. See previous post re the BPA Code of Practice, which TNC have to adhere to in order to be an AOS member...
