And if by magic TNC Management Ltd suddenly appear on the AOS membership list.

"It was an admin error by the work experience lad M'Lord"

Would probably happen if someone complained to the DVLA, the DVLA loves the £2.5 fee they give out details willy nilly to whoever

When did TNC become AOS members?
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

When did TNC become AOS members?

About 20 minutes after the BPA read this thread :rotfl:
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

The two OP's who were sent letters from TNC on behalf of Carparking and select services have been sent the details of who to talk to at the DVLA and the BPA!;)

I started the ball rolling hope they follow it through!
  • as esmerobbo stated, he kindly sent the info to the dvla.

I have also emailed said person at the DVLA with my info plus car reg for investigation purposes, and currently awaiting a reply.

I have also received the FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT letter from TNC

due to non payment they recommend to their client that they take legal action against me through the local court.....:p

    Wooohooo! Lucky you!!!!:D

You can get compensation in Small claims then, and possibly get TNC sanctioned further by the BPA/DVLA!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
