a mental breakdown because he swears? Are you serious?

I'm dead serious. It is a sign that he's very angry at everything and everyone.

    Fight or flight, honestly:p

    ok -
    I do this !!!
I grew up in a house where swearing was very common - often close to alternate words - my grandmother could turn the air blue...
and most of the time..I dont swear at all, and I dont speak with and accent either....
but when I'm tired ...really tired...It all creeps back...and I dont notice it..
and I could hang my head in shame and have this as yet another thing I could beat myself up with - or I could laugh it off and hope for a little understanding ....
would you like to pillory me now
apparently some of you would say do I not deserve understanding or affection, does this really make me unlovable ....?
My kids are old enough to know I'm wrong to use these words - and well brought up enough to know not to use them.....

I dont quite know how to finish this
except to say that sudden violence towards prisoners suspected of spying in the war often caused them to swear..in their native language - thus giving them away...theres an ingrained refex to grab an appropriate word for OUCH! - which is almost uncorrectable
