Sky 1/2 Price 12 Months !!!

I've just rung up and got the full package for £21.75. We've had freesat for a couple of years but in November we signed up for 3 months at £9 month for 4 mix. When I rang the very nice man at the other end told me that they have so many offers on at the mo that it's hard to keep up with them... He upgraded us with no probs. I gave my postcode, surname and telephone number. The only thing I changed was to put the account in my name instead of OH's and changed the bank details for direct debit. All done within 5 mins. OH is ecstatic as we haven't had sports package since having DD and DS.....HTHS. He then rang up and cancelled the sky package that we have at mo and again no probs.. Thanks to OP for post. I have had the promotion of £7.50 a month 6month ago as i said i was going to cancel - tried it this time and nothing at all. what I have done is kept the sky going costing me £15 a month plus i ordered broadband for an xtra £10 a month
should I cancel the package first before ringing or get the 12months at 7.50 and re-order my broadband hence only paying £17.50 a month for broadband and the 2 mixes.

any advise would be welcome

the broadband i ordered yesterday and my 7.50 amonth promotion for the 6months finishes on 3rd april

Can anyone confirm:

I am NOT a SKy customer and have only Freeview at home. My building has a communal Sky dish:

1) Can I ring them and subscribe to Sky @ half-price for 12 months?
2) Do I need to source a sky box, let's say, on ebay to be able to take up this offer?

Help is appreciated...

I have justed cancelled my SKY TV and Broadband
I want to reorder tv and braodband
should I wait for a few days before re-ordering ?
if so I should give my home tel number, or what other number should I use to get offer and then once I get the new card I order broadband and get the whole thing for £17

Is that correct?

i think u have answered my question but wanted confirmation.

I've been on the sky sports world package for 2 years, is it best to cancel and negotiate or just do as u say ,get the new card and cancel once arrived, will this not cause confusion and hassle. if i ring up and say i'm on free sat they'll know from the address ,will they not?

I installed sky [basic package £7] and was receiving the full works for a year or so untill my daughter (7) ordered a pizza thru it ........
