Sky 1/2 Price 12 Months !!!

My Sky ended in Feb, but I got this offer today with no problems. Try again and hope you speak to someone else. If it makes any difference, I used a different method of payment, but everything else was the same.

i just got told that the free trail ended in feb!!!
gutted becausei just paid £160 yesterday for my sky+ box and instalation!!!!!

Yes, I gave them my name,address and `phone number - which were exactly as before. I cancelled Sky in Jan and it stopped in Feb, but they gave me this offer.
Not sure why I need a new card though. Last time I cancelled and joined again months later, I kept the same card.

i got the offere yesterday, gave them my work number.

once i get the card and have activated it next week i'll call up and cancel my exisiting contract (give 1 months notice).

i didn't go for half price, currently i am paying £18 for 4 mixes, and with the new deal i am paying £18 for 4 mixes plus movies.

'my' contract is in my wifes maiden name so a couple of years ago we could get a new box and dish, so I've just called using my name and got the World package for 12mths @ £21.75.

She asked if I'd enjoyed the free month, suppose I did?

The she wanted to know my Sky viewing card number to update it, but I said I wasn't near the box at the moment, so she said she'd send a new card - result.

One question, do you pay in arrears or advance, so when we cancel the old contract, is it from now, or is it already pre-paid to a date?

I canceled my sky months ago and they opened me a new account today and i got ALL of sky for £21a month for a year.
and my old sky card ill sell on ebay for £20

I find that if you give another phone number it will not conflit with them and also do 1470 they can read your phone number!
