I drink so little these days Granny I'll probably get a hangover just smelling them!! Enjoy your DS's birthday too!!
We have at least 10cm of snow here with more on it's way! Think we will end up having a snowball party for DS2's birthday tomorrow! And eating all the party food ourselves as no-one will get here!! At least I bought some healthy stuff too! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi be lucky. Phew about the car and aunty flo. Wow about the snow, my DS's will be soooo jealous. That is one of the things they miss most about the UK is not having snow to play in lol! Oh and legoland! Not the family at all. Though I think if they thought about it then they probably would.
Good luck with the benefits stuff, hope it works out for you.
But I would still see about doing something for yourself outside of the home as well.
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Hiya Be Lucky and Happy Birthday to DS2! :bdaycake:
Lots has happened in your family while I've not been paying attention; good news about the car's MOT and getting some clarity on DH's meds (always worth double-checking the dose yourself and querying it if the leaflet in the box o' pills has different information!).
Hope your family has a great celebration day today, snow an' all - go on, build a snow-man, you know you want to!0 -
Hi Chev and Robin! Thank you for the messages!
Well I officially have a 3 year old (even though it feels a cheat somewhat to say that as he wasn't born until 11.50pm so just scraped in to the 19th!!). He has done very well for gifts and money and he loved what we got him even though we only spent £18! Snow here is tremendous so we spent the morning making a snow(wo)man. She is far too curvaceous to be a snowman! DH was a bit wound up this morning but I think I pelted it out of him in our snowball fight!! Very satisfying!!
Mum braved the drive over but no one else did and to be fair I don't blame them! MIL came over as she is in walking distance, as is a family friend and she came too so we had a little party lunch and did the cake thing. I was very good and only ate the healthy stuff (bit I did have some cake). They all went home an hour ago so it's just me and my favourite 3 again.

Awwwww "Just me and my favourite 3"..... Love that :-)
Sounds like you have all had a great morning..... Happy Birthday, little Man \o/ x. It seems like an age ago when my two were that age.... It's such a cuddly age, don't you think? Well, maybe not some days....Lol x
The weather here hasn't been too bad, a few snow flurries, but nothing seem to have accumulated on the roads, so unless we have a boat load tomorrow, it's back to the Emerald City for me on Monday.
My two lasted 15 mins in the snow on their sledges, this morning, before coming in complaining they were cold. Well, it is snow after all...... * confused*
Take care and cabin up x

It certainly is a cuddly age Enchanted! DS2 is a real snugglebunny
(He's also a bit of a boobie fan so that can get embarrassing
).
DS1's school is literally at the end of our street, so within walking distance whatever the weather. However, I'd be very surprised if the Headmistress makes it in on Monday, particularly in her sports car, so I'm thinking the school will be closed if we get the extra snow that is forecast. I hope you get the same reprieve from the Emerald city

Just caught up with you, everything your ends sounds so nice and positive, it's lovely! Your little family sound so cute, you remind me of my sister, she has a 3 year old boy. I love being in their house because it's always so warm and loving, I bet yours is the same. I'm well jel, as the kids say.

It has it's moments fudgie! Then again, it also has the moments where the boys are trying to kill each other and DH is in a bad mood :rotfl:. They are the times I'd (almost!) swap you
It sounds like you are doing well on the exercise front too! We will be skinny minis together soon! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Glad you had a good day. My DS was born at 11.45pm today too and I often tease him that he only has a birthday for 15 mins, he doesn't seem to see the funny side sometimes but DDIL and I think its really funny xTargets
