Yeah I wouldn't mind having him in my life for a year, I'm sure I'd find ways to change his life too - although as he's young enough to date my daughter maybe I shouldn't be saying that

Just caught up on last few days. Hope DH is feeling lots better. I'm so glad your family are rallying round you as much as they can.
Jessie :eek: I missed him, I was watching coupon !!!!!! aka extreme couponing and honing my skills :rotfl:5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
Currently CC £23,674.36 /£14,895.41/£14315.42
Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -
With you all the way on that one Granny
. MiT you are excused as I know that couponing can be rather addictive. Jessie vs saving money and getting free stuff. Tough one!!
Today has been ok despite DH having been beamed down from another planet this morning. It's like someone left the plug out . He wasn't panicked or confused, he just didn't have a clue bless him. For example, he had to be told what day it was a few times before it went in and he kept standing still because he had forgotten what he was doing. All of this happens regularly but not to the uber extent it has today. He said things like 'it's lovely that it's dry outside for a change' even though it hasn't rained for weeks and he asked someone their name like it was the first time they'd met but they've spoken loads of times.
I called his epilepsy nurse and told her about Friday's seizure. She has suggested increasing his newest medication again from tonight and then talking to the consultant about other options when we see him on 7th April. I'm happy with that.
Off to Beavers in an hour. We are making Leprechauns!

Beavers was good fun. The leprechauns were a great success and they all enjoyed the global food tasting. I may have eaten a croissant
.
DH not doing so great. MiL stayed with them while I was at Beavers but when I got back he was talking about waves of fear again. I suggested he go take a seat in the lounge to which he said 'where is that? I don't know where I am'.
What Robin said the other day is constantly on my mind. I'm so busy waiting for the next seizure and just getting through each day that I am forgetting to enjoy life. I need to change that. I watched Pretty Woman for the gazillionth time the other night and I keep thinking about what it would be like to be the damsel rescued by the Knight in shining armour. I'm fed up of being the knight. I want DH not someone else but I also want to be taken care of. Does that make sense?
