Yay to winning £40 on the Scouts Bonus Ball and £10 refer a friend bonus from Topcashb@ck

exDH's accident was on the road, whilst en route to Slovak Republic on business. I'm sooo glad it didn't happen in SR.

An annual travel insurance policy proved to be a wise investment, as it enabled me to fly out and stay for a month, and my mum to fly out for a few days mid-point, it also enabled repatriation accompanied by a Medicin Sans Frontier doctor.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
• Wow satchmo sounds torrid!

Lucky perhaps your luck is changing. Wont be long til you are debt free. Well done to you.
Trying to shift that debt!
• Another seizure :(:( We are still at home for the time being because the midazolam I gave him stopped the seizure. Protocol now is 999 if DH has another seizure in the next 12 hours. Knew it was coming, he has talked of waves of fear several times again today and been involuntarily chewing, but he has also been talking about his hand feeling funny which is a new thing (though he loses the use of the same hand AFTER a seizure). DS2 was sat next to him on the sofa when it happened and he freaked out bless him.

Will reply to everyone who has been kind enough to post soon Xx

I'm thinking about you all too Lucky. Hope things pick up very soon. And this is the man who DWP think should be working!!!! As if he could! My thoughts are with you xx
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
• Thanks all. Things a bit calmer here at the moment as it's been a few hours since the seizure and DH has regained the use of his left side. Thankfully I'd made him sit on the sofa when I thought it was about to happen so there were no injuries etc. He's having a lie down now as he's shattered, but I've got everything crossed for no more or I will be spending yet another Friday night in A&E . Satchmo I have no idea how you coped with all this in another country, but thank flip for travel insurance eh?!?!

Today has been hard overall. The cat was sick first thing, then DS2 woke up full of snots and coughing. I didn't think he'd be going to school but her perked up after calpol and begged to go. Right outside school he tripped and fell, scuffing both his knees. He cried that he wanted to go home so I brought him back with me. He has spent the day walking like he has broken his legs not just scraped them. DH has been hard work too in a not right kind of way. We had a lovely time at our impromptu dinner party last night but I did notice then that DH sounded slow when talking to others. It's obviously been building when I think of his mood swings at the weekend too :(. So much for the new tablets :(:(.

MIL went to collect DS1 for me at 3pm so I could stay with DH. She is poised to come look after the boys if there are any more seizures. Fingers crossed I don't need her. Xx

Lucky, from my perspective, it does seem to be getting scarier? I only wish those jobsworth-types had half as much to cope with.

Hugs for you.
