Thanks everyone. Ended up with a pretty major meltdown yesterday (crying, hiccupy, snotty mess - must've looked very attractive
) but cleared the air with DH a bit. I was sick of being spoken to like I was the problem and I told him I felt trapped. He was completely shocked and said he hadn't realised he was doing it, that's the worst thing. I think he's been like a wounded animal, lashing out because he's in pain, but I'm worried it's a side effect of his newest medicine as he's now on the highest dose having worked his way up. I told him one of us needs to go to the doctors, but I still can't decide whether it's him because of his mood swings, or me because possibly I'm depressed. Maybe he hasn't changed but I'm not coping like I usually do??
I do feel better than I did yesterday, but it didn't help that I didn't get to sleep until 3am. DH was very jerky and I was waiting for a seizure. I'm wondering if these new tablets are just keeping him on the cusp of not having one.
Got Beavers tonight and then a meeting afterwards. Trying to see it as a positive in at least DH and I get a break from each other. Unfortunately I don't actually get a break though, I think that's the problem. Xx

Hope you had a good evening at Beavers and have a more positive day tomorrow. I think you more than most have earned the right to have the odd melt down.

Oh Lucky XX
that is the trouble you really don't get a break.
and you NEED ONE.
we all do. no one copes for ever. we all end up having a mare one way or the other.
I think you both go to the doctors. separately! but go. you have been through a lot and although I don't know you in real life I think you really need more time to yourself or with good friends or maybe even a counsellor.
huge hugs XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Thanks Granny, MiT and buffy:beer:
The sun is shining today and we've been to the park etc which always makes me happier. It's so warm we didn't need coats or anything and it was lovely watching DS2 running and climbing etc. I also managed a decent sleep and a lie in (although the latter was due to forgetting to turn on the alarm before bed  so it was a rush job this morning!!) so overall I'm feeling more positive.
My neighbour next door has invited myself and a friend round for a drink tonight. I'm looking forward to the girlie chatter and think it will do me good. I've also decided to work on getting me some alone time. I know I've said it before, but I'm never actually on my own apart from the journey to and from work. That needs to change.
Still no responses to complaints etc

Debt calculation for the month brings us in at £5170. Didn't quite make it under £5k, and had to swallow a balance transfer fee for the new 0% deal this month, but overall I'm pleased.
This time next month we will be well into the 4's :jDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
