Hi ladies, thank you for stopping by and for being so lovely! Please help yourself to a biscuit! I got them for Christmas from one of the Beavers and I had so far refused to open them. However, when moving them yesterday I noticed they are going out of date next week so I let the boys open them. They are sat winking at me (through closed cupboard doors!) and I've already had 2 today .
Mrs H I can't believe you are in awe of me with all that you cope with on a daily basis! It is definitely I who is awe of you!!
Weather has taken a turn for the worse here today and I just got drenched in cold sleety rain on the walk to and from school at 3pm. It's very windy too so I feel like I'm frozen stiff. Tummy pains have almost gone though so that's a relief. I've been 'proper poorly' since Tuesday night with it.
Went to the hair salon today that I was given the Groupon voucher for and it has closed down! Really hope the wonderful person who bought it for me can get a refund. Will be devastated if they can't.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thanks SA, I hope so too!!
Had coffee at one of the Mums-from-nursery's house this morning which was a pleasure as always. Nice to just be me for a change.
This afternoon we took MiL's dog for a windy walk around the Nature Reserve which blew a few cobwebs away. DH took a few photos of me that I didn't know he was taking and I was pleased to see that I don't look overly horrendous.

Chased up Gas & Elec complaint by filling in an online form. Think a month is long enough for them to have had to reply and I still haven't heard a peep. Still no reply from the Work Programme complaint either, so will contact the MP next week as they have had just as long to reply and haven't. In the meantime DH has had a letter from them cancelling his appointment for next week and rescheduling for the end of April. The date they sent was for when DH has a hospital appointment so I rang up and left a message (probably a snotty and annoyed sounding message) that the date they'd picked was no good, could we have another one please, and that I was happy to send a copy of the hospital appointment letter to them as proof so they didn't try to sanction him again for not attending!! A second letter arrived after that with a new appointment date so they obviously got my message but they haven't asked for proof!! I think they are hoping that DH's appeal will be successful for the support group and we won't darken their door anyway!! I'm hoping the same thing! Still no news on the appeal either, but it's been around 5 weeks and I've been told it takes about 8 weeks. I've also been told if an MP gets involved they have to make a decision with 5 working days though, and she did offer to help, so I'm considering saying yes please!
So that's my rant for today. Hope everyone has a fab weekend XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Oooh, forgot to say, have won a family ticket to a theatre production of the Sooty Show on Easter Monday. My 2 didn't have a clue who Sooty was when I told them  and I had to show them online. Thought it might be a bit young for DS1 but they are both looking forward to it XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
