Thank you Granny, SA and Bad Weather for dropping in. I feel much more positive today after a full night's sleep!
This morning we got all the boys' Christmas presents out of the loft and split them up between my Mum, MiL and my Sister, according to the amount they contributed. Then it seemed we haven't been left with much, so Santa needs to do more shopping!! Nipped to my Mum's to drop her stash off and then went to Mr T's for a 'few bits' ... £70 later we left . £20 of that was Christmas presents, but still,.
Got my letter from the hospital with the results of the blood tests I had done after losing the twins. I don't have antiphospholipid antibodies so still no medical reason can be given for losing the twins, however they want to investigate me further as the results show I may have a bleeding disorder. Great eh?!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thanks both. It's as clear as mud in the letter as it's a copy of what they sent to my GP. It talks of prolonged APTT and low Factor XI assay!!! According to google (I use that far too much!!) it's possible haemophilia. It states however that Factor XI deficiency would not account for my history of recurrent miscarriage and further investigation is to establish/rule out bleeding disorder.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Great to hear you sounding so upbeat Lucky. Have you been on the ale!;) Seriously though it's about time things started going your way. Good luck with the grant. Don't like the sound of the bleeding disorder - hope they get to the bottom of it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Thanks SA and Granny.
Yesterday disappeared in a flurry of activity - gym, housework, ironing and work. DH wasn't his best but I went to work anyway and gave MiL strict instructions to ring me at work if he got worse. Thankfully they muddled through and he's better today after a sleep and a lie in. Wish I got a lie in!!!
Work was really busy. Payday Friday and Black Friday did not make for a quiet shift. Still, at least nobody got trampled to death like my poor colleague in America. Feel quite down about that and the helicopter crash in Glasgow. Life is too precious to be wasted in those kind of ways.
This morning we were going to go swimming but the boys were acting up. I normally give them a few warnings that we won't go, and if no improvement then we don't go. DH jumped in a bit too prematurely with "right we aren't going" so that was that. I felt between a rock and a hard place because I wanted to back him up, but truthfully I thought we should still be going. I then had to manage the fall out of not going while DH sat looking miserable as he had done the wrong thing. Upshot is we are going tomorrow morning instead if they continue to behave.
Mum flew off on holiday AGAIN this morning! So we met up with just my Auntie, Grandma and my Cousin's boy this afternoon. It was lovely to see them and Grandma looks really well :T.
AF is backThink I will have to get that checked out

I've giving up googling ailments when I'm ill. I've put myself at deaths door that many times I'm exhausted. Though it would help you to have some answers as to why you miscarried. Hope you get an answer soon.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000
