When I asked for luck I didn't mean the bad variety!!!

Cheers HAW, I feel a little better after my miserableness last week. Still tired but I suppose I would be with zero iron levels and several years of broken sleep :rotfl:.
This afternoon we went to the Metro Centre. Before we left I couldn't get one of the press-stud type buttons to do up on my coat. Lord only knows what's happened but it literally does not fit together any more, and there wasn't a spare one inside the coat. I had a quick look but couldn't find the receipt (I only bought it in September with birthday vouchers), and everyone was ready to go with shoes and coats on so we just left. When we got to the Metro Centre I went into New L00k and explained what had happened, not really expecting them to do much without the receipt, but they replaced the coat there and then :j. Bravo New L00k!
We then got a coat for DS1 from Primarni for £12 :T. I also took some old Nintendo DS games to C3X and got £18.30 for them. Then I spent £9 in Burg3r K1ng on the boys tea and a milkshake for DH
. I was a good girl and had nothing, aiming for another 3lbs off this week. Overall though, a good shopping trip.

Well it's just a bad cough not a chest infection so we are sticking with calp0l.
Think we will just stay home for the rest of the day and hopefully achieve another NSD. Haven't done any comping for a few weeks so need to catch up on that, and have a rake around the present cupboard and see what I can use for Christmas. I've ordered a 5 personalised photo calendar deal on Group0n for £17.50. Got them last year and they are really good. All the Mums/Grandmas/Aunties are getting those from the boys!
DH not feeling great today. AgainDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hope the Lucky household is a healthy one again soon. It's a good job you're made of sterner stuff - what would they all do if you went down with something?I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

We know the answer to that SA - they'd eat sandwiches and play xbox until they got fed up/ran out of bread and then they'd phone MiL for help :rotfl:.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi Lucky, :hello:
Am very impressed at your amazing weight-loss! :T
(Sorry that's old news, just catching up lol).
Lots happening in your household as usual - HAW is right; don't forget "me time" while you're busy looking after everyone else.
Hope DS2 gets rid of his cough without passing it round; have you tried the MSE hm cough-mixture*? More use than Ca!p0l unless he's got a temperature.
* Chop onion [+garlic if wished but maybe not for a youngster] add honey or sugar then leave in fridge eight hours or so [gets stronger the longer it's left]. Pour off liquor and use as normal cough-mix, safe to give as often as required.
Tastes better than any commercial preparation I've tasted, and more effective.0 -
Cheers Robin, might brave that this time!!
NSD achieved :j

Mum offered to have the boys stay overnight Saturday :j BUT DS1 and I are at the Remembrance Day Parade Sunday morning at 9am, so I can't take her up on her offer.
