Amazingly for me I've had a good Friday 13th
!
Had a nice morning at job 1 as it was the parents coffee morning, and then went to visit a friend who I havent seen for ages so it was fab to catch up. I then begrudgingly went for my shift at job 2 but when I got there I was told there had been a mix up and they didn't need me! I needed shopping anyway so it wasn't a wasted trip and I now have a surprise night off.
When I got back home I organised my car insurance which is up for renewal next week. Managed to get it £140 cheaper than the renewal offered by my current inxurance company and I get another meercat :j. I even got to choose the meercat so I selected Sergei who is DS2's favourite and that means we only need one more to complete the set. I paid for the insurance outright (£336) using some of the tax credits money which saves us about £30 a month over the next year. It's the first year I've ever been able to pay for both home and car insurance outright and it will really help going forward that our monthly outgoings are reduced. And I havent been stung for any interest either

Not a great deal happening today. Did some
etc this morning and reorganised the kitchen cupboards. Met the usual family members for
and as usual my Grandma insisted on giving me £10 :A.
Had a 4 hour shift at job 2 tonight which was a bitas there were only a couple of us on and there are normally 5 or 6.

It's just wrong that granny finds it so easy to shed 2lbs. We already know she's a glamorous granny and a slim and sexy one as well, just isn't fair.
I have walked miles, run up and down stair, stacked and unstacked dishwasher in a hot and steamy kitchen for a week and have barely lost one pound
Leave the 2lbs on a corner somewhere PLMBL, then saunter away in a nonchalant manner, hopefully some passing pigeon will pick them up.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

If only, :rotfl:, I'm shaped more like a very rotund pear than a banana, although I love the mental image you are painting. At almost 100lbs too heavy for my 5ft 7in frame, slim and sexy is a long way off. It will come though, probably around the same time as I become debt free and lose the last of my marbles but off it will come xTargets

Had a lovely family day yesterday. Nothing major, just bike rides and the park etc, but it was great to all be together with no work and even the
joined us!! I then had a chilled out evening finishing 50 shades
!! Mum wants to borrow it when she goes on holiday on Friday  so I had to get it finished.
I now only have 2 more shifts at job 1 before we break up for summer, as I'm off tomorrow and we finish Thursday.. I've also just done my last Beavers meeting for 8 weeks as well. I won't know what to do with myself!!
Tomorrow DH has a meeting with a company that the DWP employ to 'help' people back to work. This time it's with the person who deals with those not well enough to work though, as opposed to the last girl we saw who helps people find work. Not sure what they can help him with but we are open to offers!!
Hope everyone is well XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
