My DD2's primary school report last year was so clearly Cut and Pasted , it became laughable, particularly with the closing comment of "Emily" is a credit to the school blah blah blah . My daughter isnt called Emily !!! xx

My boss did that to me once and looked really shocked when I said my name isn't "Simon" you know

He was a bit embarrassed to say the least and tried to deny having cut and paste but it was pretty darn obvious :rotfl:

I totally understand that feeling. Sometimes things are so difficult in work we wish for boring but then when it happens the time drags. I had a long but quite good day in work yesterday but even so am glad I don't have to work until Tuesday. Dreamt of outstanding complex cases last night

Hope it didn't interfere with your sleep too much. Lucky you being off until Tuesday :j.

:rotfl: no harm in having a BF but we'd never think that of you or otherwise your name would be "I am Lucky", although maybe not, twice the stress then :rotfl:

Lol, I actually thought it would read that DH had a boyfriend :rotfl::rotfl:. Though I totally agree that 2 men would be twice the stress!!

DS1 got up at his normal time but he doesn't disturb us he just watches the tv. DS2 slept in an extra hour but overall had less sleep than usual (as demonstrated in his behaviour today ).

  • Had a mixed bag of a day today. Mum upset me by being her usual self, but she had the decency to realise what she'd done and apologise this time so all fine now. It was along the lines of her complaining I don't have time to do something for her when I'm drowning in my own stuff and she never does anything for me. She hasn't even phoned in the last week to see how we all are and then she wanted me to drop everything to put her photos on the computer .

Sorry if this is TMI for anyone but I've had a bit of a bleed today as well, a week before I'm due :(. There is something not right going on :(:(:(.

We are about to go out for an Indian meal though as a Group0n deal that I got ages ago and it expires today . Hopefully it will end the day in a better way :D.

    Be back later XX

  • I hope you enjoy your evening out and that it makes up for the rubbish day :)

Am i thinking right that you thought you might be pg? When pg with all of mine i had a small bleed before testing, implantation or something the drs said?! Have you thought about getting a test? I remember getting 10 from ebay for 99p! They were the same ones that the hospital used so very good...just to check?

  • Wow DFW321 thanks for the tip re tests on eBay! I'd never have thought of there and that's a brilliant saving!

It's a strange one as there is no reason I should be pg (ie I'm on the pill), but I've not felt well for a couple of weeks, and now a bleed a week early which is unheard of for me on the pill. I googled my symptoms and it all pointed to pregnancy (I has 16 out of 18 symptoms listed ). I did a test last week which was negative but it would have been too early to tell really.

The meal was quite nice thanks but it ended up costing £30 on top of the voucher as we all went and the voucher was for 2 people. The food was ok but we were squashed in so close to the other tables it felt like we were all out in one big group . The boys behaved brilliantly though and got lots of nice comments from everyone around us which made me very proud.:T

  • Had a nice day family today :D. We watched a movie together this morning (at home, courtesy of L0vef1lm) and then went to DS1's school fair. Came home £15 lighter but we had a good time. We then went to Mr T's and on to MIL's for a bit.

I think it's safe to assume though, that if I have been pregnant I am no longer. The bleeding has continued.

Also paid £5 off what I owe my sister today so that now stands at £950.

I have a mixture of feelings about it if I'm honest. As I've said before I feel like any child any time would be a blessing and much loved so I'm a little :(, but at the same time we weren't trying to have a baby and I wouldn't have chosen now from a financial and DH's recovery point of view. The sickness seems to have subsided so I'm definitely thinking thats what it has all been.

Job 1 today has been surprisingly good. I went in prepared for a cat fight (not me, the others!) but everyone was in a good mood. Infact, my friend even said if it was normally like that she wouldn't have quit!!

And in other, majorly exciting news, I've just done a debt count now that payments have been made and I'm in the 18's!!!:j:j:j:T:T:T:D:D:D. Total amount now owed is £18,838.07. Next step, 17's!!
