DM2 was a hoot! I had to fight back tears when they got married and the "mummy" poem was read out (hormones!!) but then ended up crying with laughter at the YMCA bit :rotfl:. LOVED to minion with the handle bar moustache
.
I also cried at the BT tower announcing "it's a boy" with the stork and clouds and again at the Queen's Guard playing "Congratulations". These hormones have a lot to answer for!! What do you think they will call the new Prince?? I keep thinking it will be James.
HAW, I am currently laying down on my bed while the boys are playing in DS1's room and DH is hoovering. I could get used to this!!!
Scottishspendaholic I didn't know you could refuse the referral, but I will probably go anyway. I'd be frightened of missing out on a possible extra scan or something anyway!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Couldn't have been more wrong about the new Princes' name eh?! I like the name they have chosen though!
MiT, love is blind
HAW, my rest didn't last long because DS1's friend came knocking and they wanted to go round the block on their scooters so I went with them. Then the 3 boys played on next door's trampoline before the Heavens opened and we rushed inside for an enjoyable hour of Game of Life!!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi Enchanted, nice to 'see' you.
Today has been a good day. DS2 had his speech therapy appointment at 11am which showed lots of improvement since last time. They have suggested seeing him again in a few months rather than putting him into the classes now, which I was happy to agree to. They will send a letter to his nursery however, as well as to ourselves, with recommendations on how to help him learn the sounds he has difficulty with.
We then went to the Great North (Hancock) museum which was just round the corner from the speech and language building. This museum is free and absolutely fantastic. The boys loved the t-rex skeletonbut there was lots of other stuff to see too and it filled in a couple of hours for nothing more than the price of drinks in the cafe.
When we got home I didn't feel well at all though so had to have a lie down. I think I have to make sure I don't go too long between eating now!
Not at work tonight as they need me on Saturday instead, so going to slob about tonight and catch up on some competitions. Beamish tomorrowDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thats good news about DS2 and it sounds as though you have had a lovely day.
What about keeping a cereal bar in your bag, at least then you will have something on hand to nibble on when out and about.0 -
Hi Sweetie, lovely to be back :-)
I'm so pleased to hear you are moving forward well with DS2's Speech and Language Therapy. The departments I work with are absolutely fabulous working wonders with children with difficulties. As part of being a SEN TA my job involves working with a group of children with speech/language/autistic difficulties. The care and attention they receive is amazing. He will be in great hands I'm sure :-)
Beamish..... Now there is a place I haven't been to for quite a while. My favourite was the old coal miners houses. If I remember rightly, someone was making bread from scratch...... I've been fascinated with baking and cooking ever since.
Have a fab day..... Its a wonderful place to visit. Let's hope the rain clouds don't make an appearance ..... We've been pretty lucky so far XxDebt total before IVA = £43,350.

Agree with PWPS ref the cereal bar, or similar, in your bag. Not good for you not eating for so long.
