Loved taking my boys to a farm visit when they where little, there are quite a few farms around here that do days out. Regarding the swimming visit yes it was expensive but I bet your family loved it and it was a lovely treat which they will remember. No doubt they will want to go back there. :)x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000

Don't beat yourself up, I'm sure you would have woken up if anything was wrong and the nap probably would have helped you cope. Nothing happened anyway and you have to rest when you can
Glad you had a good day today
 at cost of swimming

Today was forecast thunderstorms so I opened my big mouth last night and announced we would go to the cinema today! It's "cheap" day on a Tuesday so it "only" cost £17.60 for the 4 of us not £29. We saw Despicable Me 2 which was fab, but It hasn't so much as thrown down a spot of rain all blinkin day, so we could have saved the money and done something outdoors for free instead!! However, yesterday at the farm was 'free' as I'd purchased the Gr0up0n ages ago, tomorrow I've got my booking in appointment at the midwife so not much more of the day to fill, ditto Thursday when DS2 has a speech therapy assessment and Friday at Beamish is a freebie too. Therefore, spends for the week have only really been swimming and cinema.
DH has been very tired today and has had a nap this afternoon. He seems ok otherwise.
My sickness seems to have ramped up a notch and I've actually been sick a few times rather than just retching. I'm 8 weeks 5 days today which is the day the miscarriage started last time. I feel much more pregnant this time, but I will be pleased to get to 12 weeks. Looking forward to the midwife tomorrow though!

So he was nice and supportive even then eh MiT?!
Midwife appointment went well in that the ball is now rolling, but in reality it was a 45 minute form filling exercise! I now have a maternity folder that needs a wheelbarrow to transport it  and have hardly any blood left in my body after countless vials have been collected for this, that and t'other!! The hospital will send me a scan date directly in the post and I will also be generated a consultant appointment because my BMI is over 35. Best stop giving in to my craving for white bread
:o:o.
I was hoping that she would recommend an earlier scan or something after last time, but she said my continuing symptoms and growing bump were enough for her to believe things are progressing well. Hopefully scan date will be for 3 weeks time.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Oooh plmbl, that's so exciting! I hope the royal news has made you happy, its certainly made me broody!
I had the consultant referral both times as my BMI was over 35 with both pregnancies and I hoped for (and had!) two home births - you can refuse this referral you know.
