    Humph...

    I've been thwarted

I have an account-based allowance which cannot be altered until eBay have sent me a letter and I've confirmed I've received it. So the suitcase is going back under the bed until I can sell some more.

I also made a bit of a mistake last night, it would appear. I found a website called free20quid.com and went through some links in order to get cashback from casinos. I didn't think anything of it as I've done it with other cashback sites, but having looked on the forums here it seems I may have lost some money because they're not renowned for paying up :( lesson learned. Do your research. Eejit.

!!!!!! to both things, hopefully the ebay letter will arrive quickly, and the website will pay up!

    Morning!

It's another fast day today, woke up hungry which isn't a good start :p but I CAN DO THIS!!

Can't make my PAD yet, my bank website is down for maintenance but will get on that later. Probably just another £1 contribution.

Jobs today include wrapping up a present to send tomorrow (so today can be another NSD), general tidy, make shopping list for tomorrow, wait for this silly letter from eBay...

The website I was worried about has just credited another cashback, taking my balance up to £90. I've got two more to wait on because I have to wait for the balance to hit £100 before I can take it out, then in theory the money's mine. fingers crossed!

And just got another cashback made payable on Top Cashback :j was going to transfer the money to my savings account, but then I remembered the company was taken over by a bank that I have a credit card with, and I don't want them to just grab the money, so it's staying in my TCB account for now.

My main 'to-do' today is some thing I've never done before - I'm heading to an auction house!! The auction's tomorrow so I'm just going to have a look and see what there is. I'm going on my own so I'm a bit scared, and I'm sure everyone will look at me like I'm a weirdo who doesn't belong there :rotfl:

I've got two promo job interviews on Wednesday, acting work booked in Friday and Sunday, and a promo job Saturday :j

Off to the auction I go!

Well, the auction is tomorrow, but I went to check out the lots. Found a few suitcases I might take my chances on, and I've got some research to do on phones and how much they make online. It's all a bit scary and exciting!

Anyway, managed to walk the 8 miles to the auction house. It's actually only 7 miles, but I went wrong :o got the bus back. I'm walking in again tomorrow, but think I'll splash out for the train tomorrow!

    Made my PAD of £4.30.

Absolutely pooped! Definitely early night tonight :)

    I bought something!

I bought... a massive suitcase and carton full of ladies' clothes :rotfl:

The suitcase is perfect for when I'm away, it's way bigger than the one I have now, and with any luck I'll be able to sell the clothes once my eBay account is sorted.

Anyway, because I have a full weekend of work lined up :j I got a weekly travelcard. £35.60  Anyhoo, after the auction I went to my aunty's to help out with a few bits and bobs: entertain the kids, wrap presents for various people, match the pairs out of the sock bag :o she bought me dinner to say thanks. All in all, a lovely day. Although I'm pretty sure she's happy to send the boys back to school tomorrow!!

    PAD was £4.40 today.

    I. Am. Exhausted!!

Had two interviews for promo companies yesterday, I've got a second interview for one of them on Monday (although it's all very posh there and I'm not sure I like it... :p) and the other company hired me straight away and I have my first job tomorrow. I get to give away cakes to people :j Have to make sure I sneak one for myself too!!

I got the suitcase back today, opened it up... and... a couple of Magic & Sparkle coats, lots of t-shirts and sports gear and quite a few items of Primarni clothes that still have the tags on. I can definitely make my money back, hopefully with a fair bit of profit, and the suitcase is really good so I'm going to keep it for my cruisy travels!

Despite now being busy with work, I'm not going to see most of my wages until the end of October so I had a little word with my friend who I live with, and I can pay him September and October's rent when I get paid, which means if I'm good I don't have to go into my overdraft at all :j:j

Great news about the contents of the case and that the case is good for you too!

Have you heard from ebay yet about the account limits?

And even better about the promo work, fingers crossed even though you didn't like the other company they'll want you too.

Good news that your friend is willing to wait too!

    Thanks Scuba!

Still no silly eBay letter, if it's not here tomorrow I'll fire off an email asking what's going on. One of my best friends is the same size as all the brand new clothes, she's already informed me she's coming over tomorrow, I'm cooking for her and she's bringing her purse to buy some clothes :o

Just found a new bingo cashback, played what I had to, won £31.57 playing and the company has already registered the cashback with TCB wahoo!

    Feel mightily focussed right now!!
