local delivery offices/POs will soon be gone
the amalgamation of Delivery offices into 'super DOs' has already started

Do you think that all the stamps that have been stockpiled will be used? I've bought a couple of extra books, and I expect that will see us through the next year. I could easily imagine people buying extra and then finding it isn't easy to find someone to sell them on to, or just putting them in a drawer and forgetting to ever use them. Could turn out to be a windfall for the Royal Mail in the end!0
