    Ed (Kiely) Horton, are you aware that whenever your family post or even better multiple post on this website (Or others) you're raising it up on Google.

    It's a vicious circle as when you resurrect this thread other people will post and further raise it on google.

    You probably think that people look upon you as a bit of a bore, perhaps employed in the same job year in year out, often wondering what your true life purpose is but essentially drifting along aimlessly in life!!

    Is that you theartfullodger, is that you ? do you get off on other peoples downfall, is that where your energy goes theartfullodger? is it? oohh poor theartfullodger you are suffering from a severe, acute strain of excusitis, trying to put others down just to elevate yourself....

His special skills & expertise deserve to be better know, so I'm sure he's grateful to you Eddie...

    As long as the £££ is below small-claims limit (£5k I think..) then all you risk losing is some time & your small-claims costs, not his costs.. Not sure what these are but last time I did one in Scotland it was £45 I think.

    Might be worth it as chances are...
    a) He won't turn up & you'll win..
    b) If he does turn up you'll have the satisfaction of using some of his valuable time id discussing the matter that he has inexplicably failed to compensate you for,..
    c) When he gets the claim he may simply pay up to avoid the agro...
