Ed (Kiely) Horton, are you aware that whenever your family post or even better multiple post on this website (Or others) you're raising it up on Google.

It's a vicious circle as when you resurrect this thread other people will post and further raise it on google.

Must have been surely... ..you are aware, as has already been pointed out, that whenever anyone posts or even better multiple post on this website (Or others) you're raising up the visibility of this thread if anyone searches for the admired & respected Brendan Kiely on Google. His special skills & expertise deserve to be better know, so I'm sure he's grateful to you Eddie...

As long as the £££ is below small-claims limit (£5k I think..) then all you risk losing is some time & your small-claims costs, not his costs.. Not sure what these are but last time I did one in Scotland it was £45 I think.

Might be worth it as chances are...
a) He won't turn up & you'll win..
b) If he does turn up you'll have the satisfaction of using some of his valuable time id discussing the matter that he has inexplicably failed to compensate you for,..
c) When he gets the claim he may simply pay up to avoid the agro...
