asked my partner to ring and ask him if he is any relation the Branna and its is uncle..

So another building firm to watch out for Force Building contractors.

Brendan Keily seems to have resigned from HT Group Plc 29th April 2014, if I have read Companies House website correctly.

There are a load of other "Hometrader" companies...

It's registered at "The Stables, etc etc.." whereas Royal Mail has no address for "The Stables etc etc.." but only the "..etc etc...".

Well, selling that (etc etc..) place would be "interesting": I'm not very good at reading Land Registry documents but surely it doesn't show there being several charges - Barclays/Woolwich(2006), Co-op(2007), a finance company I'd never heard of with share capital £1 (2014) & three separate charges to individuals all c/o different solicitors (2011, 2012, 2014..) - but I could be wrong being old & not bright. Don't take my word in case I've misunderstood - get the deeds yourself if unsure.

The £1 share capital finance company has only one director listed: {Text removed by MSE Forum Team} Clearly a legit, above board, transaction giving a loan that way.

Surely this doesn't mean he's not been paying his bills and people have been taking him to court to try & extract money from him?? Surely it's not to prevent having to pay them that the sale hasn't happened??

Can someone kindly put my mind at rest & explain the real, innocent, reasons of all this?? I'm sure there must be a better, correct, reason.
