does anxiety and depression come under the dda if u get doctors proof. maybe then they will know at work why i panic alot.

Does that mean that when you had the health questionnaire before you started work you "forgot" to mention it? Because admitting to it now (or ever) might be a really stupid thing to do since that would be a lie and gross misconduct. The Equality Act also doesn't prevent you from being dismissed if you have lied about something in your application, failed your probation, etc. It might be a better ide not to dig yourself any holes to fall in to by now declaring something you previously forgot to...

If that is really true (and I doubt it) then your history of trolling will not help your case. I suspect that there are many people on this forum who just saw your name and decided it was not worth the effort to read, let alone post a response.

I'm afraid that will always be the case.

Brett you've been given a lot of reassurance on this thread. I agree with all of it. People get sacked for failing probation because of poor performance and not because a piece of paper isn't signed on a given day. You say your manager hasn't raised any concerns about your performance and so there appears to be nothing to worry about on that score.

You've mentioned your concerns to your manager, and they have also reassured you.

You can either choose to believe all this reassurance or not. We can't do that for you.

I know but all im wondering is why on the policy online iut says and i quote

"after the 24th week if the employee has failed to meet the requirments expected of them their employment will be terminated with notice"

"If after 6 months no confirmation has been given either way it will be treated as being extended but must be reffered to HR as a matter of urgency"

    Why do you think?

How many more times has this got to be explained to you until you accept it? I actually agree with the other posters, you're a troll seeking attention any way you can get it. Either grow up and accept the facts we've presented you with or go away and stop whining.

Of course they will have terms like that - they have to cover themselves legally and stop bad employees sneaking through probation (eg if the manager is off sick and forgets to deny the probabtion pass etc). You're incapable of seeing this and understanding it from their POV and you're using it to wind yourself (and us) up. There is no point repeatedly whining on here about it is there? All you are doing is annoying those who have tried to help you and reassure you. If you know you can't believe and accept what people are going to say to you then why do you bother posting and asking for advce?
