Just wanted to add my experience onto your thread. First of all big (hugs) to you. This was me in December 2010 forced to tell my DH after a text message from a CC company.
I remember the sick feelings etc but in all honesty you wont believe it now but it was the best thing I ever did. That night I had the best nights sleep in god knows how long.
Sometimes things just start off small and spiral so much bigger. There was never a good time to tell my DH hence why I didnt! I was so scared he would divorce me aswell!
