(continued) Will I have to make sure the bank account I used is empty for the next 30 day so they will cancel the subscription themselves as it states....' If Your payment is not approved by credit card within 30 days of the due date, Your Subscription will be suspended.' in the terms and conditions. I do not know what to do, shall i ring the number as soon as possible?0

I also ordered it with my debit card, but I cancelled it straight away. If you don't do anything (like try to cancel the subscription) they might take money from your account in 2 weeks which could leave you overdrawn? (like if you have a phonebill to pay by direct debit which is £5 more than you have in your account, in most cases they will still take it and you will be -£5 overdrawn). Ring them up now and say that you will return the item as soon as you receive it (they will probably tell you that you have to try out the evaluation period of a week or so before sending it back - but just tell them that you are going to be away or something and that you don't want to take it anymore). Once they have received the item back a few days later, ring them again and they will supposedly 'happily' cancel any further orders to you. I'm currently waiting to get mine in the post0 -
Like everyone else I feel for this stupidly, was annoyed with myself after I had found out over £250 had come off my credit card and didn't even realise till 2 months down the line! When noticed I called natwest credit card services and they said they couldn't help as me submitting my payment with the company entered me into a 'legally binding contract' well I would love to know how that's the case, I thought I had some sort of security paying by credit card! Anyway the only way they said I could get my money back was by claiming it back from Iforce directly! Anyway, after being on hold for only about 5 mins I got in touch with an American lad called Ryan which in all fairness wasn't rude atall he just couldn't understand what my problem was! I demanded a refund in full which was denied on several occasions... It wasn't until remembering previous comments I had read on here before calling I decided to threaten legal action and advised natwest fraud department was looking into it etc etc, it wasn't until this point he offered me a full refund on the basis that I cancel the investigation I had against them instantly! Somethind dodgy here obviously??? I have now finally received all my money back and this has definitely been a good learner for me, teach me not to be stupid again! Hope this helps as much as others helped me0

Omg how dumb am I I looked for the con but after some investigation found none so though £4.99 what do I have to loose! Big mistake even though I'd ordered an hour b4 tried to cancel they said would need to return product! How u not even sent it yet I got through on phone quickly & will call as soon as it arrives to cancel! I didn't c the £89 monthly cost & now feel so ashamed that I was so easy to con. Now am praying it arrives quickly so can cancel =0<
Second call they have promised to cancel if I try product for 1 week! More research showed Similar products available on amazon for£11.99 & 500calories a day will make anyone loose weight! I didn't get given diet plan till after paid & was appalled at what they recommend all you will achieve is neutritianal defficienciey! I complained about medical grounds to try & cancel early only to be verbally abused over the phone by agent but after a big debate I agreed to try for a week & he promised to cancel & gave me name & I'd number fingers crossed it works out I have learnt lesson if sounds to good to be true it is!0 -

Stupidly did the same today, rang up as soon as i seen the £89 monthly cost to try cancel an hour after ordering and received a rude reply that I need to try the product and call again on monday if I am not happy, with the agent also trying to change my mind by offering an extension of my trial period. Reluctantly accepted and now waiting for delivery so I can ring on monday to try cancel any further delivery/ subscription after the trial period.
If not I will be contacting my bank to cancel debit card payments before any further payments will be taken and informing the company of this.0 -
I fell for this too. I ordered it on a Sunday, decided I didn't want it on the Monday and phoned them to cancel. Spoke to a woman who has clearly only been told to read from her script, she didn't listen to a word I said! I told her I had changed my mind but she said I was obligated to try the product for 14 days.
I then told her, that it was clear that 14 days later they would charge me £89 and she asked me if I had only wanted a free product. Well...yes. If they're going to promote their product by giving out free samples, sureley they should accept this as fact? Anyways, we argued a lot and in the end I said I'd phone back a week later and cancel. Which I did today however this time I was put on hold at first (so they could retreive my information of course) and the guy told me I couldn't cancel until the 14 days are up! I decided not to get angry this time, simply asked when I could cancel and he said on Friday. I asked if he could assure me that no money would be taken out of my account and he said yes.
Obviously I have already cancelled my credit card so even if they try to take money or if they won't let me cancel they can't do anything. I'll phone back on Friday and see what I get...I don't think it'll be easy to get out of this one!0 -
Hi
Iforcemaxx has asked us to give its right of reply. MSE doesn't endorse anything a company says on the Forum.
We're glad to hear that our agents were able to satisfy most of our customer's requests, concerning the products they agreed to purchase.
We want to clarify that our agents are 100% focused on providing the highest level of weight loss coaching and help desk support possible.
We also wanted to clarify that no customer has ever been charged £119.95 on the same day that they sign up for a product evaluation offer. The monthly auto-ship program will only start after the 14 day Product Evaluation period has ended, in the case where a consumer did not call in to cancel their account, as is clearly stated on multiple locations on the website.
Also, we want to make sure that you know our agents are available, weekdays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM GMT, at 0808 189 1278(UK) or 1800 816 057(IRL), to answer any and all questions about the product, and to guide and assist in our customer's weight loss goals, regardless of whether they have cancelled their account or not.
Our greatest success story is our customer's success, and we are happy and ready to help!
Yours faithfully
Timothy Allen
