Don't fall for iForce Maxx HCG free trial

I spoke to the agent and told him it didn't work, to which his reply was 'Its guaranteed to work... Did you stick to the 500 calorie diet that is suggested?'
500 calories!? Are they insane!? That's a quarter of the recommended daily allowance. Of course you will loose weight on that as its practically starving yourself. Surely that's dangerous to promote?
What a load of nonsense!0 -
thankyou for the info0

I too ordered the free trial of the i force maxx HCG drops. I did not notice any difference when using this product, so I contacted customer services about 4 days before the 14 day trial was up to cancel the subscription (I too only noticed the monthly charge of £89.95 per month after I had placed the order) to be told I had not given the product time to work, they suggested that they extend the trial period for another week. I did agree but I have just phoned the customer service number again to cancel (tel: 0808 189 1278) I only had to wait for a few mins before they answered, I explained again that the product did not work for me and I wanted to cancel, he apologised for being "disappointed" with the product and said he would cancel and that I will receive an email before the end of the day confirming this. I did ask him to confirm that no more money would be taken out of my account now I had cancelled and he said that was correct. Whilst writing this post I have just received the cancellation email, it states "You will no longer receive shipments of this product, nor will you be automatically billed again in the future by iForce MAXX" They have also given me a cancellation number. I am hoping this is the end to it and no money is taken from my account in the future! Good luck to anyone in the same situation, persevere and dont take no for an answer!:j0

I too am victim to this scam i phoned up today, got through straight away.
spoke to an american gent ,i asked to cancel the auto shipment.
he told me this was done,i then asked for email to prove this ,so still waiting fingers crossed0 -
I only wish I had googled this before!
Fell for it, but read all the helpful posts on here.
Am going to ring the bank tomorrow and get them to cancel all payments, then wait a few of days for the product to arrive/ time to "test" then ring the customer number and say it didnt work for me, before the 14 days are up.
Seems to me this is the best way to stop further payments being taken and to get it cancelled. They all seem pleasant enough when you say you've tried the product for the trial and it didnt suit you.
Just don't let it go on for longer than the 14 days, seems they're horrible after that
I have learnt the hard way that there are no quick fixes for anything0 -
snap!! I got caught as well, thought it was a free trial for £7.99 p&p, wasnt until I tried to download the diet sheet that I came across this site. Rang and cancelled everything from them. Same day they took £119.95 from my account. Rang them and raised the riot act with some arrogant american guy, he then agreed to refund £80.00 as an act of goodwill. Stay well clear.0

I Cannot tell you how happy I am that I came across this! I knew it seemed too good to be true. I am going to cancel the credit card that I purchased these two "free trials" on, and simply get a new one, as I do not agree with them continuing to take even more money away from people by keeping them on hold for however long and having to pay for P&P to return them. This will definitely put me on my guard in the future! THANK YOU!0

So last night at around 10 minutes to 12 I saw this offer for the iforce maxx (free trial and £4.99 for p&p) which ran out at midnight; I was half asleep and had just read an article praising the product, so, stupidly, I grabbed my card and ordered it before the deal ran out. Afterward, there was no customer order reference number or no email sent to my account confirming my order - no terms or conditions stating that I had tied myself down to a £89 a month contract. I immediately knew it was a scam and googled it, before coming across this thread.
Freaking out, I rang my banks 24 hour helpline and cancelled my debit card so no more money could be taken from my account by this so-called 'business'. I'm not looking forward to ringing them on Monday morning to cancel the order considering the fact that it seems the majority of the employees hang up on customers. Not only that, but I struggle to see how they will cancel it as I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Did anyone else cancel their cards in the hope that no more money could be taken from these thieving people?
I feel so foolish for falling for this scam, I never EVER order stuff like this off the internet, I was just so tired and did it in the spur of the moment!0 -
Thanks to this forum.
i quickly realised this was a scam. And rang my bank.
The bank has cancelled my card but said they can't cancel payments if already been processed.
I've checked my account a couple of days later and 4.99 has been taken from my account, will this mean the further £89 will be stopped or have i caught it in time?
I notice other people have phoned the company up. Could anyone tell me what the call rate is as i notice people have been on the phone for ages.?
Many Thanks.
And if they do stop the money I'll get slim anyway because I'll not be able to afford any food!!!!!
Stay fat chaps, its cheaper.0 -
So I rang this morning (monday 6th august) and quickly got through to an American guy. I expressed that since ordering the 'free trial' on Saturday 4th august, I had spoken to my GP and had been advised not to take it. The guy on the phone then replied with 'well it does state clearly in our terms and conditions that you should consult with your GP first before ordering the product' - to which I replied, no it does not state clearly as the t&c's are in tiny print, and also it merely states that the iforce maxx should not be used as a supplement for a consultation with your GP - NOT 'you must consult your GP before ordering the product' !!!! ANYWAY! After the guy insisted that I 'evaluate' the product before sending it back, even though I made it clear that I have no interest whatsoever in the product anymore, I simply said that as soon as I receive the Iforce Maxx I will send it straight back, then call them again a few days later to make sure they have received the untampered product, THEN they will cancel my 'subscription'. I have had to cancel my debit card so they cannot take out anymore than the £4.99 (RIP OFF) post and packaging fee.
So angry.:mad:0
