We went for this, then as every one else has found, a lighter bank balance resulted. ( read other forum replies re; 14/12 day etc)
We phoned them to cancel, got through eventually, so here's the thing. Ask for a supervisor, the others are told, when cancelling, to only give you back £60.
The supervisor said he would cancel & refund £99, & I could keep the next batch. We shall see.
He also suggested I take my partner, that only got £60, out for dinner, as I had got her in to it. We havn't even started the trial.
    Ble-din cheek.

Anyone trialing this should be aware that there is an auto charge box somewhere on the final page, get rid of it, & this will not happen.
  • I too, after checking my bank statement have realised that i have fallen for this, just contacted the bank who have put a stop on this and told me to fill out a Visa dispute form. I am also waiting to contact iforce maxx and speak to one of their agents, will update what happens.
  • Believed the hype, input details was about to pay my £4.99 for P&P and just saw the terms and conditions at bottom the screen with £90 recurring monthly payments just as my finger clicked to pay. Argh. Cancelled the web page before blue bar got even a quarter across the screen.

About 30 mins later got an email from iforce to say order accepted. I replied straight away. Please cancel my order, ordered in error. Also cancel any recurring future payments.

Then caught sight of this website, reading with increduelity, quickly got on phone to the bank.

I said to natwest, "help just been making a payment online when web address changed" (little white lie, so i dont come over as a complete idiot) please can you cancel my card no. And any payments requested today. Also they are going to send out a replacement card within 5 days.

Moral of the story, if it sounds to good to be true. Look at the small print or Run away.

Will let you know what happens
  • Hope this helps!

I wished I had read this forum before buying these, Well how foolish am I !!
I called them to say that I didnt want the product and that I wanted to cancel, the lady said to me ok, you cannot cancel yet as it hasnt been dispatched, so I said ok, she said once you get the goods try them and if your still not happy then I can cancel as long as its before the 14 days, she then went on the say that she will add an extra 10 days grace period so I have a trial for 24 days before they try and take any money from me. (Not liking it). She also offered the product to me at half price if I want to continue with the subscription. I said I will call back in a few days once I get the product and cancel and she said this will not be a problem.

Then I read this site so called them again, the first guy hang up on me, the second guy said nothing he can do till I get the product.

So called my bank (Barclays) !!!! Not really helpful, he said they can stop the £1.29 coming out which he has done but cannot stop future payments until it hits my account (according to debit card services) then once it hits my statement they can send a cancellation request through to the companys bank. I said I wasnt happy, they have made notes on my account so even if they do try and take money I will get it back.

But doubt they will be successful though because they will have a hard time as there is no money in the account I used to pay for these goods.

I will be ringing them back once I get the goods (if I do get them) and will be cancelling the order.

I will let you know how I get on 0:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

you need to cancel your card..and send everything back they sent you. you can only cancel over the phone ...THEY WILL KEEP TAKING THE MONEY OUT..... iv just cancelled my card iv written to the bank iv been ringing them all day to cancel no one is picking up iv send about 20 emails no reply to any of them....its a might mare if the stress does not make me lose a stone or two i dont know what will
  • Phone your bank and ask them to issue a direct debit indemnity
To refund the amounts taken from your card
Tell them that the company have authorised them, even if they havent!
They will refund your account within 24hrs
Its up to them then to get the money back
Cancel your current card and ask them to issue you with a new one.
