This Company is bad news. They ripped me off too. When you phone it takes nearly an hour to get through on their premium rate phone line. If you phone thier payment number you get though straight away. I never got my money back off them and gave up trying. Now whenever I see 'ADS SPONSORED BY GOOGLE' in the loans pages (all over the web) and it's a YES LOANS ad, I make sure I have a few clicks and they have to pay for them every time I click. I'm sure I have had my monies worth by now but will keep doing it everytime. If you have been ripped off by these scum then please do same. That way their advertising budget will be ripped apart and they will not be able to rip of as many people.

There is currently a Yes Loans advertising banner on BNP leader Nick Griffin's MEP website. This should tell you something about the ethics of this company.

    Hi

I have NEVER had any dealings with Yes Loans or any similar company, but for the last two years I have spates of being harrassed by these idiots, texting and calling me offering me a loan.... they are looking for someone else as they dont ask for me, it has just started up again.

Does anyone have any advice for getting rid of these people, I cannot afford to change my number, it has been changed free of charge once already. I am very particular with my mobile number after being a victim of crank calls.

I texted back STOP as they say in their message but they still keep coming....

    Any advice apprecitated!
....taking one day at a time, its all we can do! :)

Hi just to add if you have already paid the £50 to Yes loans you can get this back if they don't find you a loan or you decide not to go with them. Write them a letter (go on the trading standards website and quote off there as they can get their broker licence taken off them if they keep your money). I did this and got my money back after a few weeks.

They charge a fee to accept you for their loan FINDING service. The fee isn't in any way connected to any loan you may (or not) be offered.

Their lies the problem, you never understood what you were paying the money for so made an assumption

Most people go to brokers and pay the silly fee as they KNOW they cannot get a loan anywhere else (mainstream lenders, banks, building society etc.)

People seem to think the brokers can wave a magic wand and obtain a 4% apr loan for anyone, even those with a history of never paying any commitments back.... They cannot!!

They simply go to the Sub Prime market and give them all your details (which you could do for nothing).
The Sub Prime markets will in most cases require some guarantee they will get a return so they ask for a gurantor or only offer a Secure loan.

I'm in no way defending broker fees, it's a no brainer to me but it simply staggers me that so many people fall for this only to complain after.

Oh god I am so glad that I read this topic. Last night I left my details on a debt consolidation website and had a phone call this morning from Yes loans, and had a lengthy conversation with 3 different CS advisers.

Each time they kept trying to get my card details, I said no and that I would rather they sent me the paperwork as they apparently had accepted my application for £9000 loan.

I am so glad that I stood my ground and didn't hand over my card details! I know they will call again and I will tell them where to go.

I thought it was odd as it all seemed so easy

Please do not use this company.

They purported to be a loans company during a phone call (misrepresentation) and offered me £3k when I found out that they had taken their fee and then passed me on ( which they get a referal fee for) I requested my money back. Currently in the process of issuing action in the small claims court.

If you want to speak to the directors their phone numbers are as follows:-

Keith Chorlton's own personal mobile number is 07836777777
Yes Loans Manager James Chorlton's personal mobile number is 07812037646
A.X.A Manager Lance Chorlton's personal mobile number is 0773428548

Give them a ring they dont like it when you call asking for your money back.

ok, can i just say please dont go with yes company they are scumbags. I wanted a small loan of 500pounds to help me with my rent so i applied online. i am a fulltime employee and earn atleast 1700 per month after tax. i get paid weekly directly into my bank account. after applying, i was told i had been partially accepted and needed to ring up to complete my aplication............ this was fine, and i did so , speaking to a woman who after a few questions, proceeded to tell me CONGRATULATIONS!YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED, YOU WILL DEFINATLY BE ABLE TO GET THIS LOAN TODAY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. YOU JUST NEED TO PAY 69.95!!!! so obviously, in my situation i was desperate, so i asked this lady, are u sure that if i pay you this i will get the loan? and she assured me yes, then said she was going to pass me on to another company to get the money straight away!!!! then, this company told me they couldnt help me because i get paid weekly!!!!so i was then passed onto another company who said they could help me after they send me papers to fill out. by this point, i had been on the phone for 2 and a half hours. and i was so confused so decided to ring yes LOANS again, who suddenly had a change of attitude and didnt want to help me! so i admit i became very irate and demanded to speak to someone of a high position, i explained to the boy that people had been hanging up on me, and telling me one minute that the money would be with me in one day, then the next minute my application had not been completed!!!!!!
so i then said i wanted to cancel and that io felt like i had been lied to, and the guy told me "yes loans are NOT A LOAN COMPANY" YOU PAY US AND WE FIND PEOPLE TO LEND YOU MONEY" he then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face.

in the end, i rang my own bank natwest and they helped me, DONT GET ANY TYPE OF PAYDAY LOAN, ESPECIALLY NOT FROM YES LOANS THEY ARE A SCAM!, sorry im just so angry, even on their website they state they are a loan company and lie to you !

i am 22years of age and i am an intelligent person TRUST ME DO NOT GO WITH YES LOANS!!!!!!!they are not a loan company they are a brokers!
