Well yes loans are still scamming today and now its £69 wich they take with out your authorisation... they take all your details first then whip the money out of your account with out your say so And now my banks dealing with it. But mean while I'm down the money... I Don't understand how there getting away with it, bring back bbc's watchdog or somthing because this is a joke, to be hiting the people who aint exactly got the money in the first place... C***SYes loan or better NO loan offered to give me 6k then took my money for their admin fee. Then got the paper work with only £2k plus they need a guarantor which is home owner duh!! If I can find one then I might as well ask them to take the loan for me. I was really upsets for losing that money to them, and I went to Google and found people discussing their rip off fee BUT they were an agent from YES who, offered your fee back if you posted and said you got refunded. I emailed him and within 15 minutes someone called me to refund me the money. Do not ask me which site it was, sorry I don’t remember it was last year.

could i have the number please as they took my cash as wellHi,
I recently came into the Trap that is Yes Loans... I unfortunatly was told exactly the same things as some of you above - Reading through all the comments i noticed the mobile numbers posted by someone (Thank you very much) I phoned through to one of them and amazingly someone answered straight away - He wasnt very happy with my phone call and put me straight through to admin who then told me the funds will be credited back into my account within 72 hours (After saying I am going to take legal action and its in my rights to have my money back) They asked for the last three digits of my card - which i refused. Once the funds are returned (if they are) I will be cancelling my old card as they clearly have them on file!! Thanks again... And I look forward to getting my money back - If not i will be taking legal action...!!!0 -
I applied for a credit card recently and the day after i applied i get a call from yes loans and they knew me by my full name and said that according to their records i had applied for a loan. The first time round I was in complete shock and kept saying that I had applied for a credit card not alone and was asking if their from the credit card company but the person i was talking to just kept trying to push me to get a loan! so i just said i was not interested and to take me off the list and i hang up
Next thing i know they were calling me and leaving me voice messages 4 to 5 times a day:eek: I was able to get a phone blocking application on my phone to block their calls which has helped greatly but every now and then they keep calling from new numbers and this time round when they ask if i applied for a credit card/loan i always say NO...and they're usually like OMG sorry and hang up.
I guess they try to trap desperate people and they'll use any means necessary like not giving straight answers...to be honest if that first time they called if the person was any more aggressive i'd probably have found myself giving my details and paying that £50. They should be ashamed of themselves.0 -

Hear I will tell you about some of the Loan places you Should Avoid, at all cost's. Lone place’s that have found a hole in the law and are not afraid to use it for their gain.
The Google Ad at the top of the page is a Payday Loan Company:T:rotfl::T
From the T&C in the Ad for the Payday Loan Company:The personal information you provide will be provided to a third party lender to provide you with a loan application and the potential to receive a loan.0 -

Surely the intrusive apostrophes and miss spelling of 'loan' and 'here' should alert anyone that the person who wrote that is semi literate?I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -

i also got sucked into the yes loans scam, 6 months ago i applied for a loan through them. i paid the 'admin fee' and did get some paperwork but as i needed a guarantor i ended up asking my brother who was good enough to lend me the money. end of story, or so i thought. have just received a call from them, i couldnt make out what the guy was saying because of the background noise (he sounded like he was on a mobile and outdoors, which made me suspicious...) i politely explained i wasnt interested in dealing with yes loans again and as i was waiting for him to hang up i heard him tell me to "f**k off" !!! anyone want to deal with crooks like this? they must have details on file because he was going to look me up. i'm now quite unsettled by this and would like to know if theres any way they can access my bank account?0
