Your experience is identical to everyone else who gives out their bank account details without understanding who it is you are giving them to.0 -
Yes Loans are great, pay your broker fee and they will pass your details onto the scum of the earth AND FLM loans (kidding)
I wouldn't hesitate to give them my last few quid so they can run round in Bentleys and quaff fine wines.
Said Bill from Norwich....." I enjoyed be reamed by Yes Loans""We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
Hi all
I have read through nearly every post on this forum and thought as an assocciate of yes loans i would offer some advise. First off yes loans and no worries loans are the same company in the same building in the same room with the same customer service department ring the no worries cc number and give them a yes loans ref number it confuses the hell out of them. I have no doubt that i would have spoken to at least half of you on the phone at some point during my time at the comany from hell and can only appologise for being less than helpful but we all have bills to payand a job to do.
To avoid losing anymore money than you already have what i suggest you do is cancel all bank accounts that you have provided them details for. Ask for your application to be cancelled over the phone and request your refund which must must must be in writing stating this....... i would like to request my refund for the full amount which is owing to me, i believe that due to the distance marketing regulations you have 30 days in which to return this money to me in the form of a cheque via the post. If i do not recieve my funds within the stated 30 days i will be taking my issues up with the FSA whom i am aware your comany name is very familliar.
In your letter you need to quote your refrence number and personal detalis, include any change in bank details you may have made as they will use this as an excuse not to pay you what is owed to you.
Shouting and raving at staff over the phone will get you no where except put on hold or cut off there is More flies are caught with a spoonful of syrup than a cask of vinegar.
I hope this has been of some use to some of you. If any of you want any advice feel free to contact me0 -
just got a call from these guys, was rather confused as i hadnt applied for them.
but when i told them im medically retired, they put me through to soembody esle, but whilst i was hold ...checked here and found they were not good news. so hung up
so frustrating, i would be able t pay the £200 a month for just under 4 years for 7k, and just becuase i either dont bring in £800 a month or just becuase im on benefits they dont want to touch you which is irratating. lets face it jobs these days are less and less relaible than being on a benefit.0 -
They called you and you hadn't applied so why are you frustrated?
If you hadn't answered the 'phone you wouldn't even know you hadn't applied.0 -
you have either missed what i said, or i didnt say it clear enough.
im frustrated that im able to pay £200 a month for a loan , yet im finding it imposisble even with a rating at the max just becuase im on benefits and dont earn over 12k.0 -
Sorry............ was intended to highlight the irony of being disappointed at not having something you had not asked for.
Never arrange a loan with someone who calls you, that is just madness.
Also, you said you hung up on them while you were on hold so not sure why you have decided they rejected you?
If you want a loan start with your bank who will have a history of your account to consider, but, I am afraid I am going to say it again, don't deal with anyone who calls you.
You didn't give them any card details did you?0 -
oh i didnt say they rejected me, i rejected them on the basis that there isnt a single good thing said about them, so why would i waste my time waiting (which 3 mins had passed) just to listen to soembody knowing i wouldnt want to go with them if they might be doing me over in the long run.
im desperate for the money but im not suicidal so to speak
yeah talked with my bank who have stated that becuase i dont earn £800 a month theres not a chance, even with a maxed out credit rating. which is nuts...and this is with natiownide.
and ltsb stated it would take a good 6 months for their own credit rating for me to open an accoutn with them, and even then theres not a sure thing of getting soemthign with them.0 -

You make it sound like being on benefits is the way forward and that you are more deserving of a loan than a worker. Bloody laughable!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

My husband and I both work - wish we could EASILY afford £200 a month!0
