Choclover - Ive put 2 kids through potty training, DS's nursery pretty much did it for me and started when he was in first room  i'll be honest it made not an ounce of difference, he did it when he was ready and not a minute before.
DD's nursery refused point blank to have any knickers until she had been completely dry for a week (preferred this to be honest!) and again, she did it when she was ready. I would take the decision out of the nurseries hands and say you feel its counterproductive to be trying to force her to train when she is not ready 'in your opinion as her mother' and that you will return to nappies at nursery until she has been dry for an entire week at home. There really is no point upsetting the tot with wetting herself bless her.
Jemma - Ahh ty my lovely, yes DH's Nokia was also white and he said its a girly colour too, I just bought him a 99p cover off fleabay :rotfl: I am still 'looking' at the Big Shothe's taking me to Cambridge today to *look* (please read that as co-erce me into buying) at beads in hobby craft :rotfl: he's totally been bitten by the crafting bug and was sat yesterday going 'look love, these colours go together so well, if you make it like this . . . ' like I havent been crafting for years! and got in a right strop because I used all my beads making bracelets so he couldnt play :rotfl:
You likey my chocolate bouquet thenits sat in my fridge at the minute :rotfl: makes me smile every time I open the door

Hi Jemma
Thanks for the mention. I start in about 5 weeks, so won't feel the benefit of the 50% pay rise per week till after xmas probably! :j
Anywho, I WILL reach 50% by end of december as my stupid work won't bring payday forward , even if it kills me (well maybe not) :rotfl:In debt no more!0 -

This is a health warning for all those that are entitled to a flu jab but haven't had one yet. Go and get it done quick!. I've been in bed with the flu since last Saturday, god I've been ill. I am never off sick but literally couldn't get out of bed for work on Wednesday, today is the first day that I've got out of bed and my jimjams. If I hadn't been a fit bunny it doesn't bear thinking about, I've lost nearly half a stone since Saturday!Life's little instructions- Treat everyone you meet like you want to be treated..Watch a sunrise at least once a year..Strive for excellence not perfection:j£2 SC no.70 £140/£350SPC no.73 SPC9 £248 SPC10 target £250DFBX12 No. 069 £7719 / £7719 DEBT FREE 30/11/122013 mfw No.4 MORTGAGE FREE 5/8/130 -

Minicooper272 – yeah! You’re nearly at 40%! Have you got your brakes done yet? Oh no, I can’t believe the price of train fares!!! Who on earth can afford those prices??? Did you watch Martin’s money show thingy? He was talking about train fares and split ticketing etc. It’ll probably be on youtube if you want to search for it. A real eye opener for rail passengers!
I didn't see it actually but will look it up! I knew split ticketing exists, but it doesn't seem to work out for my trains...
I've been a bit naughty - my credit card 0% interest rate seems to have ended, so I got a new one. This has the same limit as both my other credit cards combined though, so I am going to cut the other 2 up and keep this FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY! Feel it's a bit counter-productive getting a new credit card, but it has to be better than getting charged interest when something unexpected crops up!0 -
