Well done on avoiding the shops Mrs
I don't even get my dinner cooked for me! I'm back to work properly now so it has to change, I'm not expecting miracles but I do expect that tidying up after a lads poker night is done within a couple of days - not after 10 days!!
anyway.... I had some fantastic news yesterday, one of my friends (the one who I've actually seen lots of while i've been off) is pregnant!! I also got a cheque from the union with backdated benefits pay (£128!) and I should be getting £50 from Quidc0 as I offered to be a case study for something Ch@ magazine is doingBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

:eek::eek::eek:
Just received hubby's littlewoods statement and somehow he managed to spend £246 on his account! Luckily he returned a box set of dvds which has already come off and he's got another two to come off as they've been returned also, so £167 of that has been returned, but :eek::eek: just entered the figure onto my spreadsheet and ITS A SHOCKER!!! Because of all the purchases, it's taken us right down to 18%!!!:eek::eek:
#304 £979.32/£5,210.12 (18.80%)
I feel so mad! We sold a lot of DVD's on ebay because we never watched them, so what does he do? Order two sets of dvd box sets, costing over £100 consisting of DVDs that WE USED TO OWN!!!! Okay, we hadn't seen the last instalments of both harry potter and fast and furious, but I just don't see the point of spending all that money just to watch a film that we are probably only going to watch a few times before perhaps selling it back on ebay?!? (incidentally he did this a year or two ago with american pie)
However, as bad as it seems (and the end goal looks even further away now) we're still on course to have paid £2K and be 40% paid by the end of august, as long as we don't buy anything else that is! :rotfl: I was going to treat myself with some clinique stuff with my birthday money, but I won't now - I'd rather pay some of my cc.
Can't wait until we've paid his littlewoods account off and it can go bye bye! Not that it's going to happen anytime soon as even though his balance is only £340, he's got a lot on buy now pay later, so we need to start paying this off this month too!£2013 in 2013 £866.71/£2013

There sure are! I've heard there's a separate price to see the pandas in addition to the normal entrance fee to the zoo though!0 -

Totally empathise... clothes all over the floor in the bedroom - are they clean or dirty?! I don't know!! Asked to pick up about 7 times but no luck. I DO the washing, fold it and ask him to put away so he knows where he's put stuff and clean clothes have been on couch in living room for over 2 weeks - then they inevitably end up unfolded and just in a pile.
Recently asked can he just LOAD the dishwasher after I spend time cooking? *without me asking - I know, CRAZY request isn't it?!* Asking is BORING for me!!
Mess is SO depressing it's unreal. I work the same as him and regulary think I can't live in this sh*thole. Nobody can EVER drop round and if they did, I wouldn't let them in! I do so much, but can't keep on top of mess for 2 grown adults and have a FT job. It's stressful and exhausting. Imagine adding kids to the equation - hahaha!0 -

I do have a DS thats added to my equation, needless to say ive taken to just shutting the door on his room , last time I had to go in there when he had AGAIN gone to bed with his blind wide open (seriously boy! you sleep in your pants, who wants to see that as they are brushing their teeth??) and tripped over so much cac on the floor I was tempted to black bin bag the entire room. Hes away from saturday (and DD
) so guess whos room is going to get done over
. Last time he went to his aunts he came back to a completely redecorated bedroom, this time it will be a completely empty one :rotfl:

His Missus-I like your style!
J-M: if you want sun and a pool, then Riyadh has some nice hotels I hear. However the flight there is Long Haul-I am really jealous of all the destinations on offer...what a lovely decision to make!
I am still trying to stem the flow of money out of my purse, as the children enter their second month of summer hols. I hv stopped all OT as I concentrate on helping this baby grow-something's are more important than money I am finally learning! 16 weeks today-whoop whoop!:rotfl:'You've got to tell your money what to do or it will leave!' ooooo canucksfan, im so jealous of your new baby
DH just says 'absolutely NOT' whenever I even mention the concept of a 3rd :rotfl:
Already into month 2 of school hols?? DS still has 1 more day to go . . . and is stealing all my highlighters tomorrow it seems as hes off to secondary school in september, so everyone has to sign everyone elses shirts ^^
My main problem with the whole flight thing is that last time we flew I was in agony from the seats after the flight (only 2 hrs!) so anything too long haul is probably going to cripple meMy BFF used to live in scotland and has pointed out how cold it is up there and rather rudely
reminded me about my complete inability to regulate my own body temperature so putting myself in such a cold area might not be the best idea :rotfl:
