I once got home to find my ex-boyfriend had eaten 48 sausages over the course of a week and had done no housework. We're no longer together :rotfl:

I was actually thinking earlier that I can't live my whole life like this.... but thought that might be an overreaction. I do not want to live in a !!!!!! tip! 48 sausages... yuk.

Just comparing energy prices, as our fixed deal is up at the end of this month. Luckily, the company we are with now is still the cheapest - just need to change tarrifs - should save us £36 a year compared to our current deal and £168 a year compared to the standard tarrif they were going to move us to!

    Morning all!

On the subject of undomesticated men, I had a moan at mine last week because he does so little around the house (he goes through phases of a week being domesticated then 3 months being a lazy twonk) which he denied so I've put a piece of paper on the fridge and everytime we do a chore we write it on. Amazing how his competitive side has shone through, he's doing stuff just so he write it on his side to make his list longer :D
He did say yesterday that as he has now proved he does housework, we don't need the list (only been listing since Sunday) but think this is going to become a permanent fixture on our fridge ;)

    Payday tomorrow :T
  • Lol - His Missus - I might have to try that one!

Psychobabble - my DH does nothing except cook Friday and Saturdays but that's literally it. I've told him that when I finish my degree and actually get a job that that's all got to change otherwise I'm not going to work ;).

Jake's Mum - Edinburgh's lovely, my DH has been to Nice and says that's very 'nice' :rotfl: and a couple of my friends have been to Vienna and say that it's fab - that is on my list of possibilities to go when I actually have some money :D.

Well done to everyone who has paid off money and won money !

I had a week where I could have gone really spending-mad - not sure why -must be hormonal. But I have resisted the temptation to visit the shops have spent nothing - I know this doesn't sound like much but I'm really proud of myself :j. I don't have any money to spend so would have just added to my debt. This is a major achievement for the sensible side of my brain over the spendthift side :):). Long may it last.
