Yeah I'm ok thanks, I'm ok unless I twist a funny way. I'm just hoping that it goes away pretty quickly as I don't want to stop my running. My core muscles are quite week so I need to get back into the habit of doing Pilates often so that I'm not so injury prone! xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Hi everyone
Thank you all for your kind words and hugs. :AThe OH and I have been trying to work through it. It's hard.
We are off to Croatia next Weds with a bunch of friends to a festival & bit of sailing. Considering checking my life insurance policy is valid in case OH fancies chucking me overboard
Jemma - Thanks so much for the hugs and for all the updating. Hope your back gets better soon so you can keep going with the running! It sucks when we're reminded we're not invincible!
Psychopathbabble - I feel the same as you, lack of friends in my area. if we can take small steps to branch out hopefully we'll get there. LOVE the cake btw!
Suzitiger - Ooh is this Moroccan shop you speak of still around in Brighton? I am often down that way - do you know where it is?
