Hi all, hope everyone is doing well :) I'm hoping to transfer another £50 to my savings after this weekend, got a hen do and then I'm travelling with work next week so it may have to wait.

so busy at the minute, had a lovely week off last week although a couple of money niggles but London didn't turn out too expensive over night especially when we discovered we each had £16 on our oyster cards and when that ran out I made us walk :D

Thanks everyone, she is cute isn't she? We're all doing fine and have even managed to get out the house a few times too.

I'm back on the MSE front, I'd really like to get to £2k paid this month, but I don't think it's going to happen. Just waiting for our updated tax credits and this time with the problems Natwest are having we might receive the letter before any money :(.

Minimum payment to cap1 of £5, hubby gets paid on Friday so should have another update then.

  • Well done JM!

My payslip is very very poor. Luckily it's the last month of having such awful payslips... next month I'll be back on basic pay and have 7 night stops paid in too. My debt has gone up slightly, but I'm not updating my total as it WILL go down soon! I will have to pay for food while I'm training for work too so that's probably going to have to be on the CC and I'm off to Latitude with no spending money....

Wow I'm full of fun at the moment aren't I! I promise to cheer up very soon!

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Morning all!

    Congrats choclover :j

Canucksfan, glad the stubborn one is well, make sure you look after yourself too though:naughty:

I'm taking the afternoon off so I will call the taxman and see whether I owe them, they owe me or it all just cancels out

As I am taking the afternoon off, I've asked hubby to go to Mr A's on the way home to do a mini-shop (out of coffee and if he's got no coffee, he'll be horrendous to live with:rotfl:) What are the chances he'll just come home with coffee, milk, bread and cheese if he's shopping alone?;)

in 4 days time my loan repayment will be paid in full! Had a call from bank last night, cheeky presumtious (sp?) fekkkker told me "We've noticed you have a high credit card amount, we could transfer that and extend your loan and you'll pay less interest. When can you pop into branch to sort it?" Erm:think:... no thanks, I may pay a lesser interest rate but I'll end up paying for it for longer and I'll be back in the vicious loan circle. He seemed quite taken aback by my response.

    Have a good day xxx
